Great location and helpful responsive staff.

Abin at Reception was very attentive and helpful. He provided excellent service for his customer. Room was very clean. I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests. Please provide tissues or serviettes in bedroom.

Super clean hotel in the heart of Fort Kochi, walking distance to all the important sites and some good restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable, the water is hot and the wifi is pretty good. Staff is lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location and truly value for money

The management and staff were really helpful with requests such as change of date and late checkin. The rooms are sound proof and cozy. Corridor and the foyer neat and clean all times. The location is the clincher. Walkable distance to most spots in Fort Kochi. Bus stand, Rickshaw stand and ferry nearby make commute easy. For private vehicles fuel pump is also closeby.

3 star budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The hotel does not have a Bar - No liquor service. Rooftop Restsurant serves basic breakfast - no lunch or dinner served. Clean washroons, but small shower area with a curtain. Hotel has 4 floors including the rooftop breakfast serving area. No elevators. There is a mosque next to the hotel and prayers are broadcast on loud speakers at 5 am in the morning., and again in the afternoons and evenings - this was a disturbance.

Standard traveller's budget accommodation in India. Good location. Friendly staff. Rooftop terrace. Excellent breakfast menu including freshly cut fruit, great omelettes served on the rooftop terrace.

I like Kochi and it is my second visit. Still find the place charming with lots to discover especially during the biennial

Pas d'eau chaude la première nuit. Chambre pas nettoyée le deuxième jour. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres. Le frigo dans la réception est déconnecté régulièrement (économie d'électricité?). Le pdj était OK

Room (even its a bit over-aged) and breakfest OK But no hot water the first night, minibar missing, fridge in the lobby disconnected (warm beverages), room not cleaned the first night. In general: overpriced. Chambre et pdj correct, mais le reste ....

Fort Kochi is a busy town which was fun to visit, for a couple of days. We booked the hotel for 9 days, and I think it is geared for the usual shorter stays in that there is no outside area to sit under trees within the hotel grounds (although there is a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served). We went further afield eventually to enjoy the backwaters and the trip up to Munnar and the tea plantations. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist Pinky was wonderful, friendly and so helpful.

Good location in the town. Nice personal and very good breakfast. But no balcony only a little "french balcony"! No xa bedmadras!

This hotel is a reasonable price for a great neighborhood. They have a wonderful staff who are exceptionally helpful. Great breakfast on a rooftop patio. Great internet access. Would definitely stay there again.
