TGI 喷泉树酒店

Absolutely the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. The place was in terrible condition—there was a dead lizard in the room, the iron box was broken, the Wi-Fi never worked, and the wash basin had plumbing issues. The linen and bedding were dirty, and the towels were unhygienic. The property seemed to be run by a group of amateurs—I never even saw a proper manager during my stay. I wouldn’t give it even a single star. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The photos on Expedia are misleading.! I way overspent for this hotel which was in a bad state. The hotel rooms are dirty. There was too much noise all night until 3am where we could barely sleep. WiFi speed was so slow I could barely connect my office laptop and work.

This property had advertised photos from seven years ago. That’s not how this place looks like at all. It’s very dirty, not cleaned properly by the staff. The manager was very unfriendly, rude and did not give our money back when we checked out a night earlier. Expedia or the hotel manger both did not give our money back. Very bad experience!

Not clean for a 4 star hotel.

Some of the hotel staff seemed unable to converse/understand simple English. It was as though they were just repeating polite pre programmed sentences. Tea ordered in room service or at breakfast was always served in open cup and not kettle with the result it went cold before the first sip.

Well maintained, neat rooms. Friendly and professional staff.

Stayed in a premium room, room was good and spacious, big bathroom and good A/C. Fairly new hotel so no issue with room itself was very comfortable with big flatscreen TV and good sized desk for working. Breakfast was basic but had all I needed. There is a also very good bar and restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, with good menu and vibe about it. It’s a bit away from the city center but close to offices I was visiting so avoided a long commute. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged the airport pickup also. Will return if visiting same area of Bangalore.

The hotel is the best i have lived so far in Bangalore. All the facilities are brand new, most importantly, the room is very clean. Their staff is very friendly as well.
