Gateway Nashik

A Taj Property itself is a unique identity. But, after checking in it was a nightmare. No proper staff, no proper telephone lines, no proper food service. exorbitant food prices, wait time for every order is minimum 40 minutes and more.

Great hotel but needs a facelift especially in the rooms.

Great hotel chain with excellent service that never fails.

It was an amazing stay. We were really happy with the upgrade. The food was delicious and we enjoyed all the services.

Given a room at the extreme end of hotel.. horrible shower, good pressure but with inconsistent water temperature.. looks like nobody has bothered to check the shower. Breakfast was good

The rooms, service, cleanliness, and food were all excellent! What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional attitude of the staff, whether it was the Front Office team, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, or Dining staff. Everyone greeted us with a smile, was proactive and was always ready to assist. It made for a fantastic overall experience!

Alles bestens, wie immer!

We were visiting from US for 2 days/nights and enjoyed our stay at Taj. The room was very clean and tidy and well organized. Kudos to the entire staff they took good care of us and special thanks to the folks in Dining (Abhijit and team(Dipali,Sejal and Umesh)) who showered lotz of love towards our kid and delicious food. Only con I can find wish the pool area was ready. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

The hotel is from Taj group, known for the hospitality but unfortunately quality of room, facility, food, toiletries, cleanliness etc. are far below par then standard. Only positive is smile on face of staff

Hotel is good but it’s not a fresh property how u expect it to be with the name taj It needs an overall maintenance

Excellent service.Always smiling and ready to help.Ms Anamika,( front office/ guest relations) needs a special mention for the genuine care shown and ensuring a satisfying stay. Checked everyday to see that everything was ok..was there for four days. Unique personal touch.

The stay at the Gateway Hotel was fantabulous. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The buffet spread was lavish and the food was delicious. The salon located in the hotel is very good. Mansi, the manager of the Hotel was extremely diligent, proactive and kind. She is very good for the brand of the hotel.

Well I have no complains with the hotel and it up to the mark. 10/10 for any hospitality and touch points that could have been covered. I was little bit disappointed as before this I was staying in a resort in the vineyard area of Nashik and was expecting a similar experience but that was poor research on my behalf, it's a very nice city hotel and will definitely recommend for those who are traveling to Nashik, but if you are primarily staying for vineyards then please book a stay in vineyard region only

Property & it's amenities are really outdated now! It's more like a 3star property with 5star service.. Price was extremely high considering the overall experience

The Check in was smooth, Rooms are big spacious, clean. Bathroom are big too. We have a Garden facing room. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, Meals were awesome. We had all meal plan. Great variety. The Zen area in the garden was a unique experience. Huge open Garden perfect place to play Badminton, Fressbies, Running games with kids and friends.
