Hotel rooms are very small but ok for business as we come only to bathe & sleep. The staff is polite and breakfast also good. But negatives include not clean common bathroom, it was stinking in ground floor. Also lots of flies at breakfast counter. AC in room 208 was faulty and i complained, but no action. The room was not getting cold enough but for weather now i could manage. Summers would have been horrible

Excellent place right in front of the metro station, clean, hospitable, and affordable.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The rooms are not clean, towels are soiled, and bathrooms are extremely dirty, with brown rings in the potty, blood stains on the tiles on the walls, and bad scaling on the bathroom floors. Added to this there was no hot water supply in the morning, had to spend the entire day stinking without a shower. There were frequent power outages causing Wi-Fi disruptions while I am on office/work-related calls. The key cards stopped working after the power outages and I had to get them reprogrammed. The hotel staff brushed off my complaints saying it’s the hard water but they clean the bathroom every day. All nonsense. Just stay away from this overpriced filthy hotel. A cheap ass roadside lodge/motel is far better, at least you know you are there to save some money.

Check-in, check-out time need to be revisited.. Overall it is good, yet the condition of the room can be improvised

Hotel room was pretty small but neat. Bathroom was ok but had leaking shower head. Toilet flush wasn't working. I woke up with quite a lot bed bug bites. I was given another room next morning which was identical but no bed bugs, I think. Food was decent. Staff was cooperative.

The staff of Ginger provided excellent service. It is a nice property with the seating outside. The food quality is maintained at a high level. The gym is small but adequate Keep up the good work

Noisy Aircon, just couldn't sleep with the constant dripping sound, nice food spread at nominally priced

I had short work in the Whitefield area and that was the only reason I chose to book a room in this hotel. Nothing special about the hotel at all. Very limited in-room dining menu and all the minimal requirements expected from a hotel at this budget. They did not provide a dental kit though and that was surprising!! I would not say a value for money hotel, but yeah, you can use it only if you really need it..

It was ok. I mean I had taken a single room...because all I needed to do was get a few hours shut eye, freshen up and head out. So Overall it was adequate for the purpose. I really cannot say how it will rate for more that a few days stay. But the staff were courteous and helpful, and the property was clean, well-maintained and in a good location.

IT IS GREAT LOCATION , CLEAN ROOM AND WALKING FROM KTPO

It is a Budget hotel. The cleanliness is just about OK. Food is OK, meaning they charge 140 INR for a Veg sandwich. The Ginger is close to the IT hub.For a visitor on a budget, this might just about do it. I would not stay in this place again , nor can I recommend it to anyone. This is pretty much the " Nano " segment in the Hotel Industry.

me n my son felt itchy when we slept he developed rashes all over n even the manager was not willing to give us address of a dermatologist. he gave his exam in painful condition. bathroom had fungus all over. bathrooms n fixtures were dirty in other rooms also.

The intro to this property states: Situated in Bengaluru, this all-inclusive property is in the same region as Ulsoor Lake, M.G. Road, and Garuda Mall. Regional attractions also include Commercial Street and Brigade Road. This is COMPLETELY INCORRECT as the hotel is located in Whitefield and is OVER ONE HOUR travelling time from MG Road / Garuda Mall. Completely misleading and the hotel was booked based on this introduction.
