One of the worst hotel I stayed in! Very dirty, I had my booking and they denied the reservation after speaking to Expedia it to 1hour and then got the room.

Rooms are not well maintained and very unhygienic. Bedsheets were unclean looks like they did not change the bedsheet from ages. I had to call the housekeeping to change the bedsheet. Cost were very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall worst stay and zero value for money. I could have preferred some better hotel. Highly not recommended to anyone.

there was no hot water at all. Linen were dirty and experience was very bad - could not sleep

Hotel condition not upto mark. Keys are not working. Small rooms, not worth the price at all. Main road so too noisy almost all the times. There's a wedding hall in the same building so not at all comfortable. Price sometimes are very high so avoid those times.

Very stinky gallery smelly on 7th floor. No ventilation in lobby. It was hot and no exhaustion

Worst Day of my life..! I stayed last weekend there... Service is really bad. Bedsheets are having many stains, we compelled them to change but staff was saying all of them are having stains. Washroom flush tap is leaking, window handle is broken & many more. Told Couple of times to hotel staff to change our room, no action taken from them. Ask them to provide sleepers, they told us that those were paid ones..!! Really not expected from this from GINGER.

I was advised on arrival there was no booking received. I showed the staff my email. I was told the booking must have been received to late.

This is the best low cost hotel you can find in near Karkadooma Court. Staff is very kindly, room service are excellent, also the restaurant and the food is perfect. It is good if the hotel can put silencer at room, so the noisy from the road can minimal.

It was good. Less disturbance. But bed could be better. Two single bed don't make a double bed. They tend to move apart leaving bed into two halfs.

Stayed for a night with family. Service was bad but cleanliness and location was good. Hotel staff was not at all friendly. If you can ignore the service quality, it was a good value for money.

It was a pleasant stay. Business hotel. Good.

Comfortable. Missed room service for breakfast. My partner was not well. And just wanted to have Tea. But even for that she had to go to breakfast hall. And we were charged buffet for 2 people (where one person did not have breakfast at all). We did not point this out..but some one should have noticed it.

Давно не встречал такого несоответствия $/качество. Очень разочарован. Заселились в отель группой (приехали на семинар Далай Ламы, проходившем в отеле Кемпински). У всех Wi-Fi выкидывало каждые две минуты - приходится заново логиниться. Отель занимает с 3 по 7 этаж дома. На 3ем этаже горячая вода есть. На остальных как бы не регулировали идет то горячая, то холодная. Пульсацией. Шумоизоляции никакой. В номерах под окном ДЫРКА, в которую вставлен кондиционер. Половина - внутри комнаты, половина - на улице. Слышно всё как будто открыты окна. До кучи с одной стороны отеля идет стройка, а с другой стороны - музыкальный палаточный городок вело-мото-рикш. Круглосуточно громко работает дизельный генератор. Have not seen such a discrepancy the price / quality . Very disappointed. Settled in the hotel a huge group ( come to a seminar of the Dalai Lama , was organized in the nearby expensive Kempinski Hotel ) . Wi-Fi torn every two minutes - you have to re- login. Internet in fact - NO! The hotel occupies 3 to 7 floor of the house . On the 3rd floor hot water is ok. On the other - pulsation (hot - cold - hot - cold...). No soundproofing. There are holes at rooms under the window. For conditioner . Half - inside the room, half - on the street. You can hear everything as if the windows are open. Plus on one side of the hotel building going on, and on the other side - musical tent city bike-motorcycle-rickshaws . All night long diesel generator loudly working.
