Room allocated did not have phone functioning, sink was blocked and no hot water, beds are not comfortable

The stay was good comfortable and clean, no bar at the hotel butmplebtynif bars and restaurants around. The only problem is that only 2 bars / restaurants accepted international visa / mastercard. If you dont have an Indian card then it must be cash which is a pain

Very neat and clean room , wash room . Good breakfast spread .

Good hotel to stay. Fabulous staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Could do with updating the bathrooms.

First place with no amenities.

It was good. Value for money

Not so good. Old hotel. Bathroom & toiletries are of poor condition and quality. Towels are age-old towels - not sure how many years they have been used. Staff at the reception was very helpful but they could not manage it well during rush hours of breakfast. Overall ok but nothing to talk about.

Rooms are very small. No space to move. Bathroom very small.

There are 2 Ginger Noida hotels at the same plot. The place stinks. There restaurants around but the area is dimly lit and shady. Wifi for 2 devices only.

Room sink was leaking, i was washing my hands and water was leaking on my feet. And then in the evening I forgot my room card in the room, and they were unable to issue me a new card as the machine was not working!

business location. Excellent food ... courteous & calm staff members. Nice & comfort stay ... always prefer to stay at this place

I had expected a much better experience. Rooms were very small, the basic amenities weren’t upto the mark, restaurant didn’t function at 11 am, didn’t need even serve ala carte breakfast. The property wasn’t clean and looked like it needed maintenance desperate

The room was spotless and there was no smell of bleach/ cleaning chemicals which is quite common in Indian bathrooms. All the electrical and plumbing worked very well. There was a small fridge and enough complimentary water. The in-room features had been well thought out. The restaurant selection was adequate. The WiFi had occasional interruptions. Overall, a good experience and good value. I would stay again.

Good for short business stay. Restaurant is great.
