Staff were excellent

I doubt, if this is areal /Original Ginger hotel is there.

There is no wifi connection, no tv connection, no hot water in shower. Hotel is under construction.

It was not that good. Service was poor and no hot water was available for bath. The water for bath was muddy.

Ginger in goa was too good, room was too small, connected to other room by door, door was locked only, shower was not working good, i feel i payed too much for that toom

The staff is quite rude and don't order food in the room, the quantity is not sufficient for even single person.

Food quality should be taken care ....rest all is ok ..food department should be worked on

It was good staying at this proper value for money

The property overall was decent but I faced problems with the room given to me. It smelled most of the time and I had to keep calling for room service to deal with it. Still unsure what was causing the smell and all the solutions were temporary. Even though the room and other facilities were at par, this particular issue was a hinderance at my stay in Ginger, Wakad.

Good and comfortable stay

The place of hotel is not appropriate, I saw two rooms and both are having smoking with bad smell. All over the dust in room as well, when I asked for another room they said they are full and they denied for refund money. We had to checked out at midnight and stayed at lemon tree. I do not recommend this hotel.

कमरा काफी छोटा था और उसमें रखा फ्रिज से बर्फ पिघल कर रूम में भर गया, रिसेप्शन पर सूचना देने पर भी कोई रूम ब्वॉय नहीं भेजा गया।
