While there are many other hotels in the city, this hotel is unique, as it has modern facilities, great staff and wonderful food. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and ready to make your stay great. I stayed for three days and was extremely comfortable- large bed, plenty of outlets, in-room temperature control and clean, modern bathroom. Also, the room service menu at this hotel is one of the best that I have seen in my travels! So many amazing options and they are all delicious. Very pleasant stay and will be back again!

Terrible experience with leaky bathrooms, water all over the floors don't know if it was dirty water from sink drain, we had to change rooms once on a 3 day trip- the next one was pretty much the same.
The hotel staff did not seem to care! Dripping faucets, such a waste in an area with water shortages.
Toilet paper roll was not replaced and when we asked again they gave us a half roll, that too with reluctance.
I am not a regular reviewer of hotels but this one needs special mention.
Need to up their game, would not recommend at all.
