Room spotless and staff beyond friendly. We loved it.

Our stay at Greenwoods was an absolute pleasure! From the beautiful property grounds, to the spacious rooms, to the great food, and most importantly the amazing staff, we loved every bit of it! Special mentions to the activities coordinator Abin and the outdoor sports coordinator Remo for making it even more special for my son and our family! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Thekkady area!

We did not use the poot but the breakfast was wonderful.

Place is at the heart of Thekkady with beautiful surroundings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best of all the staff ensured that our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend Greenwoods!

We had a great time in Greenwoods resort. The facility was great and the staff very friendly. We would have liked the lunch and dinner to have the buffet. The rooms were good and despite being close to the main street, the hotel was surprisingly secluded.

Awesome place, nestled away in the middle of the town. Really top notch accomodation with exceptional food and service.

All the staff were amazing and we loved the cultural experience they provided with the cooking classes and the classical dance. The food was delicious and there was such a variety. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family around the globe. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very sweet and professional. Sona and Ashwita and Janisha all were great!

Food was terrible. No flavor. Hitting me with a survey as I check out and then hounding me to finish it is unacceptable.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Vi hade eget hus med pool. Rymligt. Lite dåligt ljus i huset. God mat och frukost. Hotellets lilla gym var gammalt och slitet. Dåligt utbud. Wi-Fi i stugorna fungerade dåligt. Kul med matlagningskurs med kocken. Bra centralt läge på hotellet. Lilla butiken på hotellet var väldigt bra. Bra pool på området också.

Great stay staff were amazing

Lovely hotel in fantastic grounds. Great restaurant but Wi-Fi veery poor and problems with safe took 2 days to resolve. This is also a dry hotel which expedia don't make clear.

We loved the Greenwoods resort- the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable; the staff members were very helpful and extremely customer service oriented- that was great! Also the food in the restaurant was very tasty! Overall the place is a great value for the money! We highly recommend it to everyone!

Hotel staff was helpful, accommodating and show their personal interest for any of your needs. The surrounding view of the hotel is just awesome. Perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the greenery around you.

We loved our stay here. Hotel staff welcomes us warmly and helped us to our rooms. They also took time out to explain the various programs scheduled for their guests within the reaort. We especially appreciate the chef for preparing timely meals for our little baby and also for taking time out to speak with us on our feedback of the food options. The only suggestion I have is management consider replacing the spring beds with firmer mattresses. I did have tough time sleeping on the spring beds. Firm mattresses are also better for the back. Apart from this point, we loved every aspect of our stay. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We were thinking that our stay in this hotel would be wonderful but it was beyond our expectations. We stayed 5 nights there and everything was perfect. First of all, staff is very caring for the guests but never intrusive. They make sure that you have all what you need and offer many special touches that make your stay unforgettable. This hotel provides all the comforts in a warm, charming and natural setting. Rooms are spacious, neat, comfortable and functional, the common areas are well decorated and offer a warm feeling. And the last but not the least, the restaurant is excellent. The chief and his team offer a varied and savory cuisine. Buffet for breakfast and diner gave us opportunity to taste many different dishes and we have never been desappointed: North Indian, South Indian, Continental or from Kerala, everything was absolutely delicious.

This hotel was quite outdated. We have requested ahead to make sure to have 2 regular beds and ended up having foldable bed that was very uncomfortable. Staff was not helpful and even for the second night they have not changed despite our complaints and our willingness to downgrade from Deluxe to regular. Restaurant breakfast was terrible so we opted to eat outside hotel for reminder of the stay. Location was convenient. Also staff didn't help to arrange excursion to Peryiary wild reserve, had to arrange it ourselves. WHat thye had excellent was - "Tree Coffee House": very friendly man, cooked one of the best masala tea I had during my stay.

The resort was the best and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great staying experience!!
