Rooms were not clean , bad bedsheets, terrible food. if there is an option to give zero star for service i qualty of food i would. only manager was nice person but nobody listen him

The resort is designed in a very nice way. You feel very close to the nature. The environment is very calm and soothing and you can hear the birds chirping around. The only thing that one needs to know before booking this is that it is far from city center. Great if you have your own vehicle or else you will have to hire taxi to roam around

Property is good. Staff is very polite. location is amazing. the food was not so good but overall i had a pleasant stay.

It was excellent stay, with very warm and friendly staff. I was impressed by the family room and the scenic view from the balcony. Though slightly far from the main city but gives you a peaceful environment. Suggest to have your own or hired vehicle. The food was tasty and nice..... overall an excellent stay. Would recommend for a a family stay

Pleasant stay, Cottages are done to give a Swiss chalet, feel and look. About 12-15 kms from Mall road,best accessed from Pu. Breathtaking views,warm people.Some infrastructure deficiencies can be worked on.

This property is a bit far from manali and around to kilometres before naggar good property but if you are making a booking with them you got to take care of two things one you should have your own car and 2nd is if your booking through third party like xpedia (in my case) make sure you call and confirm your booking with the hotel.I booked through expedia but when I reach there these guys had not got confirmation on calling expedia they fixed it but took some half hour also the room I had booked was sold out and I had to take delux room by paying the difference there in cash..

Very far from Manali.. location is good but 17 Kms. far ... hence not that good, rooms and the Duplex was really good...

Very good experience for family. Food, recreation and all amenities were very good with the price they have offered.

Overall Good Experience. Before confirming the package on the net, we spoke to your call centre. The call center agent did not inform us that we have to do our own arrangement for travel from Chandigarh to Manali. We came to know about this only after landing at Chandigarh airport. and this increased the overall cost of the trip for us. Please ensure that the package also includes the travel arrangement and costs of the travel from Chandigarh to Manali & Kullu.

The hotel is situated on the Naggar Road - which makes it an ideal retreat from the crowded roads of Manali-Vashisht-Solang. The place has good service and the staff is very helpful in all respects. Opposite the hotel is the forest that offers opportunities for day long walks (steep slopes) in the deodars. It also receives great sunshine throughout the day - the lawns, the hammocks and the swings are well placed. The view is fantastic of the snowed ridge to the north west and the Beas valley. We stayed in the duplex cottage and it was comfortable. The food was usually well cooked, though often laid out fifteen minutes later than the time. I would recommend the trail to Jana waterfall and the walks beyond for those travelers seeking solitude and peace, in thin mountain air.

My stay was very good, hotel had excellent surroundings, beautiful nature. They also had good garden where kids can spend good time. Overall beautiful natural surroundings. Coming to the hotel, staff was courteous but as if hotel was going through cost cutting. Lights in the room were not working, food was expensive. There were no welcome drinks available when we checked in. Overall i would not stay next time in the hotel. I would prefer to stay in a hotel which gives value to your money.

No Wi-Fi signal in rooms, No LCD in rooms as published on Net. Old faulty TV with bad/defective cable connection. Most of Lights busted. Smaller then expected room. Cleanliness & Hygine questionable. Resort facili for kids activity is good.
