房間乾淨整潔，位置於市中心，但房租價相對較貴

it's a small hotel, a modern and clean one, right in the middle of the city, less than a mile to Victoria Memorial.It provide a good middle range accomadation. But for US65 per night, it is a bit expensive for Kolkata. There are plenty of hotels around charge much less for the same service. The staffs are good, and the room, though small, are adequent. The breakfast buffet offer vegetation options only.Wifi works OK, and the MRT stop is 500 meters away. Many shops nearby, include a new Forum Shopping Mall. My only critisism is they don'e help foreign visitors to look Uber or Ola Service. so if you don't have a local Indian mobile number, you are in bad luck. I am lucky to bump into the manager of the hotel, who is willing to help me to book a vehicle to the airport. I think the hotel should change the policy about this.

The hotel location is nice and clean inside. They had issue with wifi no excess.

While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me.

Property was under construction so there was a mold in the room. I requested to change which was approved when I talked to Expedia's customer care otherwise they were not agree to change the room.

Although this place is pretty unremarkable, I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. It’s OK, and that’s fine. The best part is the location. And if you are someone who likes to walk when travelling, this is a great place as a home base.

Very clean, comfortable and noise free room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and helpful. Room service good and quick. One prep was too spicy but gave us free ice cream to make up for it. Check out quick. Overall would definitely recommend!

This place doesn’t look or feel like the photos they have uploaded on travel sites. The bedrooms are dirty and stink of mold and mildew. Not a clean place for western travelers.

Good small property

This is our second stay in this hotel. Everything, especially help from the staff and individual workers in this hotel is exceptional. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.

The hotel requests prepayment for airport pickup. At check-out, the hotel will charge you again and it will take 45 minutes for the hotel to clear up the matter. They know nothing and you must prove to them that you have made a prepayment - despite the relevant documents, the explanation intentionally lasts a long 45 minutes !!!! If there is not enough time to fly, you have to pay twice - I definitely do not recommend this hotel

Hotel is great and included breakfast was very good. The air conditioner seemed like it was a bit dirty. I had pretty strong sinus problems while in the room, but really was only in there to sleep. The a/c blows right on your bed. Other than that the room was clean and the hote staff were fine.

We had a lovely stay, the staff was great. Only Minor downside is that the breakfast was pretty basic.

Clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from a metro station. Breakfast was good, but be aware it is a vegetarian hotel (no eggs).

During my two-night stay with Hotel Casa Fortuna, I recall I need to remind the reception staff about five times to reset my room wifi’ as ‘data limit has been exceeded’. I have stayed in five hotels during the three weeks tour and this is the only hotel that kept the ‘data limit’ for wifi and it seems to last for only two hours.

Nice Hospitality and warm welcome, great room service. Rooms were small, expensive food in the restaurant. I will recommend it to my friends for sure.
