Great location.... requested a fridge for my insulin. On arrival i was promised that one would be provided that evening or next morning.. one was not provided ! Even though there was space provided for a fridge there was nowhere to plug it in Thankfully the weather was not hot, Bathroom was not clean dirty sink toothbrush holder disgusting. Toilet stained and toilet roll holder broken. Fixed on last day. Improvement works were underway, noisy and dusty! Bedroom furniture old and needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets . Had to unplug tv to boil kettle. No bedside lights. And plug socket defective. On a lighter note the balcony is delightful but furniture to sit was old and needed replacing. The staff were all delightful and tried to help as much as possible. If all upgrages go ahead i would stay again because of the great location.

Property rat infested, rooms unsanitary, included breakfast non existant, water charged for, hot water for a few hours if available, wifi not working, building should be condemed. Had to scrub and disinfect room. Linens stained with urine and other secretions. Windows panes painted over. No lock on doors allowing strangers to enter. Dirt layered in room. Electrical switch malfunctioned and started fire. This is not a hotel its a disease ridden, rat infested hole in the wall. Reception is deceitful and will try to extort money from you by demanding cash before your stay ends and if you dont pay they call police to intimidate you. STAY AWAY.... as far as you can.

Very bad service. My breakfast was included but they charge. They even didn’t provide water free

The property is good and location is also good. Cleanliness is maintained in the rooms. But room service is very poor rather pathetic. You need to call to room service several time to get your order ready. Food quality is below par level. And do carry lots of cash, because this hotel belongs to medieval times. No card machine is working nor paytm neither online transfer is accepted at counter. I have experienced it twice. At 4.00 am can you imagine of searching ATM to withdraw cash to make payment.!! Breakfast is given complementary in offer but never served in actual. Horrible experience.
