Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand.
I give 2-3 stars, only for the staff friendliness and courtesy.?

hotel is very convinently situated near the government Lifts and Hotel has lifts which leads to The Mall Road .This hotel is however not good for people having disability and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the way to the Lobby /Reception.Newly renovated rooms in New Wing do not have any view.

We booked into the hotel because they have an elevator that takes you to the mall road as we had two elderly people in our group. The stay was very comfortable, staff very polite and friendly and our room had two balconies with excellent views. A special mention to the F &B department who were very obliging when my father was a little unwell and wanted to have idlis for dinner. The breakfast was good and we were happy with the facilities provided.

Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Mall. Damit ist aber die Liste der Vorteile schon zu Ende.

Parking lot under construction, difficult to get into hotel with bags. Staff not too friendly. Unable to change booking dates, even if same number of nights requested- hotel was not fully booked.

Very rude and bad staff. They charged extra when we called for wifi password. Iron was missing in the room and staff was not helpful in getting another iron. Room is worn out and outdated. Will never return there
