If Asian live there , they will feel uncomfortable. I also asked them to check out the electrical water heater, but it was still no working after they checked out the machine. There is only hot water in the morning. And the temperature for shower is unstable.

The Hotel Staff Makes So Much Noise From 4am and Disturbed My Sleep Everyday. There Is Continuous Dust Falling Into The Bed Room And Chokes Your Breath. The Bathroom is stinking. Above Everything The Hotel Staff Does Not Have Any Concern To The Problems I Highlighted. Never Again To This Hotel. In My Personsl Openion, This Hotel Is Not Qualified To Be On Expedia.

First of all, don't go to this hotel. Don't be fool by seeing low price. Stuff's are not good and loyal at all. If you book for five days and want to take out in two or three days, they don't allow. you have to pay full five days rant. According to policy, if you don't go to the hotel after a certain time, they can cut one day rant. But they will charge full. Bathroom was not clean, water leakage etc. Service is very very poor. There are many good hotels near that area.

Room was dirty, no top sheet on bed, shower and curtain so dirty did not want to use. Web site say free airport shuttle would not honour even when we showed them ... did not care.

The website stated there would be a free airport shuttle, so we chose this hotel. When we checked in, we waited for the front desk staff to finish 4 phone calls, all seemed to be heated arguments, and he then tried to charge us more for a trip to the airport. When we showed the website stating free airport shuttle, he said that it was the fault of the website and they could not provide the service. On top of that, there were several other things that also left a bad impression. The room was dingy, the mini-fridge didn't work, and we were only provided with one towel. The housekeepers left the garbage and dirty laundry in the hallway while they cleaned the rooms, and appeared to be hanging out and watching tv. This hotel is in a good location for shopping, and you can easily walk from Karol Bagh station. However, it had disappointing quality in comparison to other hotels in the same price range.

perfect stay for late evening check in and early check out get number of option for food and travel.

Erg vuile kamer. En smerige badkamer. Hele hotel ziet er oud en cheap uit!

先ず、このホテルを選んだ理由は、エクスペディアのホテル検索で空港からの送迎無料の条件になっていた為でしたが、ホテルに確認したところ、有料だとの返答があり、結局、自分で手配をする事になりました。また、到着が深夜になる為、メールで連絡を入れておいたのですが、ホテル入り口のドアはロックされ、乗っていった車のドライバーが、従業員を起こしてドアを開けてもらいましたが、今日はこのホテルに泊まれないので、今日は、その先のホテルに行ってくれと言われ、仕方なく、ホテルを移動しました。翌日も結局移動先のホテルに泊まる事になり、予約したホテルには、泊まることが出来ませんでした。 上記の理由でホテルの設備に付いてのコメントは出来ませんが、ホテルの対応は、お勧めできません。

サービスは良いけど、清潔感が足りない感じを受けた。 写真と異なる部分もあり、ガッカリしながら宿泊した。 人は良かったです。

Very good hotel with neat and clean rooms with nice food,food is really nice , specially green chatny with paneer tikka dry ,The staff in the hotel is very good, polite and courteous ,Room was great and comfy!Breakfast was simple but efficient.
