This is dirty. Dusty bed with lots of hair on it.

Hotel is not up to standers. Rooms can be neat. Staff is very friednly and accomodating.

I liked nothing . The washroom was shabby. Not so clean. the washroom was smelling bad

No hot water, Not Hygenic, No maintenance, No house keeping, Very Very ugly rooms Photos on expedia are misleading. Dont fall in the trap of the good reviews for this hotel.

Bathroom fittings were coming out, no towels when we arrived, room smelled of smoke, room service late, no room cleaning, and wifi didn’t work.

The property was not clean at all. Sheets weren’t cleaned or changed it was dirty and filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned, with the closet also not cleaned. The AC didn’t work. I would not recommend anyone living in this hotel.

The property has zero cleanliness. The money paid for the stay was not worth it—no value for money, no cleanliness, and no customer service. One can find much cleaner and better accommodation for the price paid.

All the Staffs were really helpful, Especially Abishek who was the Reception manager had so much of patience to answer,guide and accommodate all the requests

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the temple. The property looks newand the size of the room was very decent, but needs to be better maintained. There are variety of eateries around. It is good for a overnight stay..

Very poorly maintained. No shampoo/conditioner and not even soaps in the room. Quite disappointing. My booking was not found in their system first, but later on the receptionist called someone and found a way to get to my booking. Though our check-in was delayed due to missed flight, they accommodated and extended the checkout time by couple of hours. That's a good gesture of them. Overall, it's not a great experience. In pictures hotel look good, but in real it's not well maintained. Not sure, to blame COVID or something. One good thing is, hotel is bang opposite of the temple, which we liked it. NO need to take any local transportation, which saves a lot of time and money.

There is no tea pots, tea bag , iron, what location is cross the temple

This was an awesome place for whoever going to Shirdi Sai Temple.

Decent hotel for a short stay , The Hotel staff was helpful to share details about Sai Temple.

It was an Amazing stay and very close to temple. Spacious rooms. Maintance needs to be improved

There were a few minor things which didn't agree with the hotel's description on the website, like Wi-fi availability, and responsiveness of the staff.
