very excellant hotel, their accomodation very good

I have book standard room,But hotel had provided me simple room without cooler.This is not good for me.I have adjust only.

安く済ませたいならいいが、あまりいいホテルとは言えない。でも、ホテルのオーナーさんはいい人。ロビーで時間潰してたら、エクスペディアのレビューでよく書いてくれたら部屋使っていいよと言ってくれた。

Room and bathroom was very dirty. Bad smell comes from room. Clothes are dirty. AC was not working properly. Hotel staffs are also bad

very bad and tehere are alotof fly if you possible give me my money back and also i been one night and i was gone to other otel second day

Room just for one night stay on transit

The sheets had the dingy grey color of sheets with years of age and use; although the room was reasonalbly clean but the two together bring cleanliness rating down to disappointing. The padlocks for the door (padlocks were common on the inexpensive hotels I booked in India) were very small and not reassuring. The operators did allow me to add my own lock and allowed me an extra 4 hours of storage time after I checked out. It is a little difficult to rate/compare a room costing only about 8 -10.00 US as this would not pay for anything here. And I always say if you want 4 star service book a 4 star hotel. So if you're on a very tight budget and/or just want to be in Agra 1 day I guess it's an ok place and reasonably close to the Taj Mahal

The staff is very friendly and they make me feel at home. The manager advise me about taking day trips to the vicinity; eg: Mathura, Vrindavan and Fatehpur Sikri. The food served in the hotel is fresh and delicious.

rooms are maintaining neatly....

Room & toilet facilities were incomplete to an extentwrt supply of HOT WATER, HANGERS inside almoirah etc.

Considering the rent room was great except toilet. One remarkable issue that I should say - employees were amicable and very supportive.

The staff at the hotel are very courteous an helpful. The food provided by the room service is very home like. Service is very prompt.

I loved each moment there in Agra. Each monument is in great condition. People are very loving and helping

EL personal es super amable y se esfuerzan por ayudar... puedes camminar hasta la entrada oeste del Taj Mahal (15min). Pero la limpieza del hotel es terrible! No lo recomiendo
