Clean comfortable with a good restaurant

Prinzipiell schön konzipiertes modernes Hotel, das leider einige Schwachstellen die Instandhaltung aufweist. Das Bad war prima, sehr angenehme Dusche, bestens. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Bett fanden wir ein bisschen weich, den Tresor gilt es auf seine Funktion gleich zu prüfen, ebenso nach dem Fenster schauen, ob es schließt/geschlossen ist. Insgesamt gute Lage und sehr ruhig im Zimmer - wir haben gut geschlafen. Roomservice auf Anforderung.

Das Personal an der Reception war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fühlte mich sehr geborgen. Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig.

The room was noisy till midnight while the restaurant and the people on the ground floor were moving about and the same was the case in the morning. Otherwise the place is good

This property does not count as Boutique hotel. It is an average hotel with nothing amazing as service. Rooms are more like Oyo and so is quality of Breakfast. Reception was okay. Staff is a lil rude in both hotel and hotel. No trolley for taking your luggage. Parking is paid and needs to be found by Guest. You may not find parking anywhere near hotel in day time. Against what I paid, I don’t recommend this place

If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend not booking this property. I could hear the phone ringing in next room, gym, water fountain etc. I had a 4 night stay but canceled within an hour for remainder of 3 nights. The staff is nice but they only manage the property given to them by owners, really they can’t do much to improve.

Super comfortable beds and amazing shower. Could do a bit better with breakfast. Two large families who were paying took all the food. Would definitely stay again. Location is in town and not far from district 17 where the shops are.

Lovely quiet hotel. Room was in good condition, modern design, super soft and comfortable bed. Attentive breakfast staff and fast check-in, tv had many international channels. There was some internal construction noise during our stay by another building in the same block, but it didn’t go late or start earlier than 9:30am so it was ok. Location was good - short walk to rose garden. KFC in the same block for late night eats. Would stay again

Was a very professional well run hotel - excellent check in, comfortable bed, great Thai restaurant downstairs which you can order dinner in your room from. Was a good experience

Hotel Icon is a really nice small boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was fantastic as well.

Hotel is in Sector 8c which is pretty good location and makes it easy to get to the attractions. It is in a square with shops and banks so can be noisy outside even at night. The family room was spacious and clean. It is the only room on level 1 but close to reception, lift and cleaners cupboard. Attached Hibachi restaurant has Asian fusion food - we all enjoyed the meal but was a little pricey for India. Staff let the hotel down especially the ones at reception- did not follow up on requests even when asked more than once. Mentioned this to the manager when we checked out so hopefully better in future

Hotel is OK but not a value for the money spent! I asked through Expedia for family room, but on reaching hotel in the evening, staff told me that you have been given an upgrade (how can I be sure as they did not show me my first allotted room), and than bed was not bigger for a couple and a 12 years old daughter who would toss in the night; and for grown up son, they said that they would give us a mattress!! But I did not have any choice than!

Staff very friendly and accommodating, location was very good . The toilets downstairs were prone to blocking or flooding causing the stench to fill the main stairwell ! Good food in the restaurant though

Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful (and quick) staff. Room was spacious, clean (enough) and comfortable. Wifi was terrible - kept timing out and was complicatied to sign onto. We were upgraded to a premium room with a view and had an extra twin bed in the room for our 12 year old. Our 2 plus year old slept in the king bed in between my husband and I. Breakfast was very good.

This is really a very nice boutique hotel. quality service and atmosphere. Only one problem the air freshener sprayed in the rooms is oppressive and has a strong chemical. If you book a room ask them to not spray it before you arrive. Other than that its a fabulous place to stay with really comfortable beds. SJL
