Nice staff. The room is clean. 15mins walk to the western templates

Habitación limpia y personal sumamnete amable, nos ayudaron en todo momento.

There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc.

I’d love to rate this property highly because the staff were really lovely and very helpful. However, as a hotel it was not good. It wasn’t particularly clean

Hotel staff is very courtious and rooms are good. Food options are limited and this is one thing which can improve. Rest is all very good.

Staff was well behaved. Food was good. Rooms including washrooms were clean. Linens were generally clean. Location of the hotel is very good. Quality of linens including towels may be improved.

They cheat you. Breakfast buffet not laid. It was ala carte. And after one plate if poori bhaji or one plate of omelette slice they charge you. Where as buffet is unlimited. It was intentional. No choice of food no fruits nothing

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very kind and respectful. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Hotel Isabel Palace for a most enjoyable stay.

Staff was very supportive Andrés room was clean and confortable. The only problema was a massage therapist that was very intrusive touching people without consent; not the hotel problema directly.

Very enjoyable stay but wifi was not really good. Everything else was fine and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

3 nuits dans un hôtel agréable, au calme et entouré de verdure.Terrasse très appréciable même si le temps ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter.Petit déjeuner continental ( omelette et toasts) ou indien correct ; repas le soir pris dans la chambre très bons . Débit d’eau un peu faible mais rien n’est parfait !

기차역까지 픽업서비스가 무료로 제공되어 호텔까지 편안하게 가서 제일좋아습니다. 아침식사는 그냥 커피.빵.계란. 간단하게 나옵니다. 방은 지낼만하고 넓었는데 모기가 있으니 꼭 모기약을 요청해야됩니다. 메인사원은 호텔에서 약20분정도 걸어서 왕복으로 갔다왔습니다.

The hotel was boring. About 15 minute walk from the center. Lots of noise from the parts and dogs early in the morning. I had crickets in my room. A/C worked really well, the only plus. The hotel charged 1500r for a driver no guide for the day. Better off hiring a tuktuk or car for what you need. Every thing is within 2-7km. Hotel to Center of town to airport. I paid 150 r from raja cafe to airport by tuktuk. And 40r for tuk tuk from Italia cafe to hotel. Those prices make the 1500r for a driver really expensive. My fault for not looking into prices. In actuality, you only need about 3-4 hours to see Khajuraho. Not worth staying longer than that.

Hotel staff was very pleasant helped us with all our needs. The flock of sparrows in the back garden is really amazing. I read some recommendations that suggested having dinner on the top floor patio. Our experience was that the candle light did more to attract bugs into our food that it did to make for a romantic evening so we had to retreat mid-meal to the downstairs dining room. Perhaps for a couple instead of a family of six it would be more romantic.

The reception made me pay for the room in cash, because their payment terminal didn't work. Later I found out that the money was credited a second time from my credit card. They refuse to refund me ... so sad ... so disappointing...

Sauberes, komfortables Hotel. Schöne Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliches und kooperatives Personal. Essen preiswert und gut. Gute Betten und Bettwäsche. Etwas abseits gelegen - zwei Kilometer zu den Tempeln. Teueres Taxi zu Flughafen- 400Rs für 2km.
