When I checked-in, reception desk said that they didn’t have my booking even I have my booking ID as my evidence. I had to show them all my booking evidences, then they put my friends and I into 2 rooms as we booked from app but the room was extremely terrible, bed sheet and everything on the bed were so wet and humid that we could not have a proper sleep, the water heater didn’t work and the room looked so old. We were not enjoy our stay at all. And this was not my first time experienced the bad booking system from this app.
