01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaisalmer
02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

07. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

I stayed recently at this hotel and trust me one of the best experiences. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is accommodating . If you are looking for something very quiet and peaceful then Jaisalkot is the perfect place for you. Food is good . COVID precautions specially taken care in whole property I found sanitizer bottles everywhere so guests can use them anywhere in the property. Huge rooms and full channel television. I love to go back soon to this hotel. Special thanks to Akhtar housekeeping who went out of the way for my comfort.

I Had a Pleasant stay over Jaisalkot. The Place Has Beautiful ambience and an amazing place. Located on outskirts of the Jaisalmer city. Well maintained property and well supportive staff specially akhtar, sajid, sandeep.
Food was delicious. Definitely, a place to be if you must lodge during this trying time.

Great property with tasteful decoration, gardens, and a relaxed atmosphere. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. Room size is very comfortable Beds and pillows are also very comfortable. We tried all the restaurants and loved the food. They maintained the covid guidelines. What really makes this beautiful hotel extra special is the service. The staff is fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely people , beautiful product and yes good food makes this hotel different from others. Rooms size is so big that you can actaully enjoy with your family. Facilties are restricted due to covid so not able to enjoy pool and spa as they were close. Chef was very kind to prepare food as we wished and requested, he went out of the way to get what we actually requested. Thank you so much team Jaisalkot for your lovely hospitality.

Great property with huge gardens, and a quite atmosphere. The entire property is very well maintained. Room sizes are spacious and fixtures in the rooms are awesome. We tried food and found that the taste is super though at present they are working with very selective menu due to covid. The pool and spa were great but not operational. Full marks to staff for the service. The staff is fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful.

“Very Pleasant and Beautiful Property, Good food & Service by Staff”
We had a pleasure of staying at the Jaisalkot for one night. The room is very tastefully decorated in traditional Rajasthan colors. We found them just beautiful. I personally like to stay in a traditional hotel and feel the culture. Hotel staff helped us feel comfortable in every way possible. Staff is also taking care against corona virus spread by wearing mask and providing sanitizer. Location of the hotel was also great. Thanks Jaisalkot for a nice stay. The rooms are clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The price is great value. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staffs go out of their way to help in any way they can.

Our experience at Jaisalkot was one the finest and most pleasurable stays. Hotel is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior. The rooms are designed in royal aesthetic and in the service are really awesome. Good place for photography and videography. The restaurant ambiance is great. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the staff, which are very friendly and pleasing. We will be surely visiting this place once again because we will always reminisce the good food, good architecture and warmest hospitality.

Dinner dates are a kind of big deal for me because it’s a great time to meet up with friends. I had been eyeing Jaisalkot for a while now and we decided to go there. As always, I made a good decision! The staff are beyond supportive and meal was sumptuous. We will definitely visit again for a vacation next time.

This was the worst 4 star I have ever stayed in. The property is in a state of disrepair. The staff is inexperienced and raw. The food quality is miserable and billing is a mess. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place and consider is no more than a 2 star.
