Breakfast was good but hotel especially the bathroom and bedsheets were dirty. Lifts not working.

Only pro is vicinity to Golden temple. Rooms not clean, roaches around bed and bathroom. Bathroom looked dirty .. old building with repairs going on giving it a bad look overall.

The staff was kind and did his best to help. However, the room, bathroom, beddings and towels were not clean. Breakfast choice was very limited.

I booked three nights for my mother and sister as they were visiting Golden Gate temple for couple of days. First day was good, room was clean, breakfast was also very good. Day 2 terrible experience. Room did not get cleaned, breakfast was not good. The food was uncooked, not enough, coffee without milk, nothing like day one. The rooms are very small, pictures on the website makes it appear bigger and bright, but in person it is not the same. Their service standards changes everyday. You would think they are located across from the temple, they would go above and beyond. I don’t recommend this hotel for family or even women.

The worst hotel i hav ever been to. Avoid this hotel. We always use to stay here. Our last stay was in 2020 somewhat decent. This time we only stayed for one night and ended up canceling our entire stay. Expedia was unhelpful in providing refunds. Unless u wanna get sick and keep changing the rooms, dont stay here. Mold and mildew everywhere. They treat their people very bad. Mosquitos everywhere! I can go on and on.

Location was perfect, opposite golden temple, reception staff were friendly and helpful The super delux room had good tea facilities The rooms need upgrading, there was no window view. The bathroom had large cobwebs hanging down from ceiling, TV didn’t work.

I book this hotel and they show me a different room and giving me a diffect room and not staying me in the same hotel staff are totally rude and talking abuse with me and with my fmily this is very urgent complaint they are frod hotel totally garbage

Really bad experience.

Good hotel just in front of the gate of the Golden Temple. Only ptoblem is the car can reach easily to hotel and you need to walk for 1 km to reach hotel. Or you can opt battery vehicles to reach hotel.

Very close to the Golden Temple. There are no rooms with Twin Beds. They provided us with an Extra bed. Please make sure next time Reservations.

Hotel is 1 min walk to Darbar Sahib entrance. Fantastic location. Good and friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile. It’s a waste that the hotel is old. Small cockroaches in the room and fixtures and fittings in the room and toilets need to be changed.

The location is perfect for the single woman to visit the Golden temple. The stuffs are really helpful and friendly, morning breakfast has more choice and testy

Location is great as it is next to golden temple. However food and other amenities are of poor quality. Hotel staff was rude and has no customer satisfaction knowledge.
