The stay was good. Hotel is clean. Service staff is really excellent.
Their can be improvement in the food at La Menara.
Alisha at La Menara is very sweet and very good at her work.
Reception staff is vey cooperative.

everything was excellent except for the fact that the air conditioning was extremely cold, we could not lower the fan speed or increase the temperature setting. when not in the room the system shuts of completely and went we return and insert the card it starts up again and the is a spread of stale moisture from the system probably resulting from spreading of mold spores. the front desk was also pushing the check out time. I would stay at this hotel anytime

I did not like anything and was quite frankly disappointed in the place adn service considering the price paid, the WIFI did not work most of the time, getting even a complimentary bottle of water took 3 phone calls to reception, the bathroom fittings were all rusty amongst so many other issues...it was disappointing to say the least...
