AC is not working. Need hygiene and clean in room and washroom

Not worthy of 3 stars. Rooms are small and quite dirty. Do not recommend!

I slept fully clothed as I was afraid to change or go barefoot anywhere. The pillows had mold spots on them. Rusty bathroom. Huge cracks in ceilings and walls. Do not recommend unless you’re desperate for a place to stay. Staff was nice.

Descent hotel with small cozy rooms. Cleanliness is observed. Breakfast options were ok in taste. Staff at breakfast could have been more attentive of first day. Rest all was satisfactory.

Below expected level, very musty room. Had to vacate same day and booked another Hotel for night stay. Couldn’t sit in the room for 10 minutes due to my asthma

Not so good. Expected to be a average been 3.5 star hotel. We booked two nights. But got out the very next day. Room was super cold. No heater in the room, no hot water on the day we arrived. Bed sheets were not clean(was stain and hair stuck on it ) was not happy at all.

PROS: N/A CONS: Horrific experience. Poor location. Karol Bagh area is not for tourists. Pickpocketers everywhere on the walking strip. No restaurants. Insects flying throughout your room. Dirty sheets with stains. Stains on the wall. Spider in bed. Bathroom was appalling. Ended up transferring to another hotel near Connaught Place. You’ve been warned.

Bathroom had lots of deferred maintenance issues such as lighting, plumbing etc.

Central location makes up for a lot. And very helpful staff.

I'd recommend this hotel for business & personal trip.

Best hotel in Karol bagh to stay.. Better than the rest by miles...

Based on the reviews and number of stars, I had some pleasant expectations about this hotel. Unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing: - The rooms were not clean enough (we asked to change first room); - Front desk clerks has a poor English (except one lady); - One of the front desk clerks charged us more for the airport transfer than it was stated on the rates sheet; - Hotel is located near a busy street, thus there is a lot of noise. I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Metro View twice, before beginning a tour and before going home. They supplied a clean room & comfortable bed and the people were very accommodating. Although not central to downtown sights, it's not far from some good shopping and from the metro.

A pleasant hotel in a nice area of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff and good value for money.

This is a resonable hotel for the price and most of the staff are helpful and friendly. There was a problem arranging taxi transport from the hotel. They charged a very high flat fee which was more than double the rate of a metered taxi. The vicinity of the hotel is pretty grim or the usual broken pavements,insane traffic and mounds of plastic detritus

The hotel is in a convenient location being close to the metro station and a shopping area. As for the room itself although comfortable and clean it did not have a window and the shower was very poor with most of the holes in the shower head seemingly blocked. Did not get my 7am wake up call (or at least not by 7:10 when I spoke to reception about it despite giving them a reminder the night before).
