Lovely Hotel , Beautiful staffs

町中でしたが、たくましいガードマンもいて、安心して過ごせます。

when I entered the hotel first day I smelled strong kerosine odour which is normally used to kill the bugs but they lied to tell me that they are painting the rooms . Twice complained . The room a/c is old . Hotel in crowded place so lot of noise , its not their fault .

I know this hotel so well that is why I wanted to book this hotel. It us friendly and near tho airport, shops and restaurants Clean and excellent staff and very safe.

The location is nice and close to airport , but the area is very crowded , and the condition of he hotel is not maintained, the staff was helpful and there are food options around . Could be possible to get much better places in the same price range , which are well maintained and clean , the hygiene was an issue

Friendly, honest staff, trustworthy. Very close to airport. Great location for stop-overs. Also very close to local train station.

Very lovely hotel , have stayed here many times.......peaceful and comfortable, staffs are extremely helpful, great location.

Excellent position for the domestic terminal and Santa Cruz train station . Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a good size and plenty of hot water for the shower. Reception was good with easy check-in and WiFi in room was good. Area is safe and I recommend the Tequila Sunrise restaurant nearby.

It is a good place- nice and friendly staff and quite clean. The location is very convenient. Overall great value deal.

For early checkin the Fromt desk took some money from me but didn’t offer any receipt for that..After asking for receipt he clearly said there is no receipt for early checkin fee. Its a ok hotel for staying for night or maybe 2..

Disappointed with the service provided. While booking it showed a airport shuttle service but at the help desk they didn’t hav any shuttle

サンタクルズ駅から徒歩で3分ほどのアクセスの良い場所にあります。市内は値段が高いですが、こちらはかなりリーズナブルな値段で、Ｗｉ-Ｆｉやホットシャワーも問題なく使えて利用価値が高いと思います。 チェックインして部屋からＷｉ-Ｆｉを使いたいと言ったら、あなたは宿泊だけのプランと言われて焦ったが、そんなはずはないと説明したら使えるようになりました。

Best price with best services clean room we went after 20 years this hotel

Comfortable, attentive staff, clean. Road facing rooms slightly noisy but cannot be avoided due to location.

Worst experience ever. Pathetic hotel receptionist , manager and the owner himself. Highly disrespectful people. None of the services provided that were mentioned while booking the hotel from expedia. No one way transportation from airport , no free breakfast, incorrect location on google maps. They blamed expedia for all the services offered while booking. I would never recommend anyone for this hotel.
