Romm was dirty and smelling Door was not locked, staff service is very poor Overall pathetic

1 Bath towels like rags, dusty and dirty room 2. I arrived 3 days earlier than planned, so I begged to change the reserved date, but it was not accepted and I paid for the accommodation twice.

Honestly, I didn't like anything about this hotel. Since, from first day when I checked in I was in a great excitement to see my room but when i just saw the room my whole excitement turned out to be disaster, the room was completely old fashioned, the bathroom was dirty including the floor, bed, walls everything was dirty. The matress was not at all comfortable to sleep on, moreover, when I tried to turn up the blanket a foul smell came from the stuff. It seems they don't maintain any kind of standards, I stayed there for 2 nights which was the biggest mistake of my life paying about Rs, 1200 for two nights. This is not the end, when I checked out from the hotel that day the receptionist tried to harras me saying that I have a due of about Rs, 230 which turned my anger on and when I checked in to the hotel I payed them Rs, 1200 (full amount) through my debit card, which it seems they don't maintain their official record properly also. For me, this kind of hotel should be banned for misbehaving with their customers. It was a totally disaster.
