Staff was very helpful to accommodate my very late (early morning) 4am check-in. Room was just what I needed for one night. Great shower, comfortable bed, convenient electrical plugs, bottled water included in room, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious. I was grateful for my stay and the friendliness of the staff for my first night in India.

This was absolutely my best stay while in India!
Pros:
-Price: Although it was so inexpensive, I really worried about it.
-Staff: I contacted them so many times because my plans kept changing. They were always prompt, polite, and understanding in replying. They were great on site, too!
-Room size: The regular room was by far the largest I stayed at in any other hotels.
-WIFI: OMG, I was uploading pictures while on a Teams call while streaming music online. Incredible.
-A/C: ONLY fully functioning and easy to use a/c in India.

The room was really noisy and not from the road. From people and what we thought was internal lift shaft but wasnt. No sleep what so ever. We had trouble keeping hot water on, really not comfortable. Supposed to be staying in 4 nights time, cancelled booking

The room photos and actual room quality were too different. The sheets were not clean, the toilet was not clean, and it was very compact compared to what was shown in the pictures. So don't book a hotel based on images shown while booking

Near to the airport. Good breakfast.
I had 2 rooms booking but staff could not understand it. The primary guest name for each room was different but still under one reservation. I had to argue and show proof but still sent an invoice in the middle of the night. It was only resolved in the morning by another staff. Forgot a nice T-shirt while checking out and called next morning but the staff denied that they have it. So I would not trust them for the valuable items in the room.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Room was dark, comforter had no cover therefore everyone uses same comforter. Staff not fantastic either. We only stayed their for a couple of hours for our late flight. Thank goodness it wasn't overnight as we would have moved to another hotel
