A well located property needs urgent renovation.

This was by far the worst place to stay. Filthy & torn bed sheets, bathroom doors don’t lock, manager is super rude. This place is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, it needs to be 1 star hotel. At night the staff members were fighting and you could hear them yelling and swearing on top of their lungs The rooms look like from a horror film, 0 maintenance, the beds are very uncomfortable, the main door barely locks, no hot water for showers. To heat the water they use wood and fire.. they start burning the wood fire at midnight till morning.. but BE AWARE… the smoke enters your room and can fill up your lungs overnight. This happened with us, the smoke entered our room around midnight, we only reaslised early in the morning because of non stop coughing. We turned on the lights only to find out the room was FULL OF WOODFIRE SMOKE. We had to go hospital. After a lot of quarreling over the phone with the manager he switched us to another room.. which was fine but the room was worse than before. The manager was rude, unapologetic & refused to provide refund for the day where the whole room was full of toxic smoke!!! When asked the manager about why he doesn’t give us refund, he said we have to apply for refund via Expedia. He also said he’s been in the job for 1 year and hates his job… Zero empathy was displayed. No sense of Customer Service. No sense of Hospitality! DO NOT stay here… AVOID AT ALL COSTS 1/5 stars. 1 point for the central location.

No TV for 3 days.These things shoud have Been checked before arrival

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the front desk is always manned and extremely responsive to any requests. The room fitting are comfortable - the wifi is excellent and does not drop. Only request that the working desks is made better and broader so that working on laptops is easy. Lastly if something can be done on plug points that would help attach non Indian plugs would be helpful. Else its a very good place and at a very convenient location

We were looking for a family friendly stay near to kothrud and came across Raviraj, this was by far the best one. They gave us a bigger room so that kids can have space while we are in the room. Even though we checked in early 10:00am, they welcomed and immediately accommodated us, even accepted the request to serve the brake fast 😊, everyone was so friendly and welcoming in the hotel. If you are planing to stay do try out the breakfast, even though it’s paid but very minimum charge for the service and food you will be having.
