Not a great place to stay.

1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly. 2. The room was too small for the price. 3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory. 4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy. 5. The breakfast options were limited.

Our bedroom was behind the front desk, so I need to say anything else? On the article they offered us a water bottle that was already opened. Wi-Fi didn’t work and good lucky with hot water for your shower

Top room friendly helpful staff would stay there again if i went back to india breakfast was nothing special but good eating places are very close

Great budget hotel. Room stayed cool. Staff was friendly. Everything was kept clean. Shower early if you want hot water. Wi-fi was adequate. Close to some very good restaurants.

The hotel has an old style charm and is fitting for life in Mumbai. Amenities that one would find in a 5 star hotel are not present, but I did not expect them either prior to arriving. The staff is great and always just a button push away when needed.

It was comfortable.

Maybe not royal or a Castle but it had everything I needed. I slept and showered there and then explored mumbai mostly. The air conditioner worked great! The staff were helpful when asked. It's India so you can shower in a bucket if you want! ( or "regular" too). Clean and safe. A+ for a BUDGET HOTEL.

It was not a good experience at first with them not accepting cards. Had to walk around the town searching for a working ATM and got drenched in rain. That was not polite. apart from that, it was a good hotel for the locality

Very costly. No complementary breakfast. No toiletries or coffee and tea in the room. Dark interiors.Std.room size 10×8 ft.Done tricky photography.

room was good but reception service was not so good

I would not recommend to any of my friend. Hotel manager asked for more then the total booking cost. I challenged him , the he took the right amount. I was given a noisy room with disturbance with a light that was making noise like a rat was roaming around in the room more over the bed sheeting was dirty with blood stains

I found my basic room to be perfect for what I needed. Two weeks in Mumbai for dental work at Dentzz. I found everybody from manager, receptionist to cleaners very accommodating.

駅に近くどこにも行きやすいので立地は良い インドであれば高級ホテルに泊まれる値段で設備は一般的な中の上レベルの安宿だがボンベイではしょうがない。 ただこの値段なら、せめてWifiは無料にしてほしい。（一日300RP) ハッジ・アリ廟などともフォート地区からも近く立地はよい 空港からも町中の渋滞を多少回避できる場所にある 朝食などはないが歩いて行けるグラント駅前にあるメルバワンという古いカフェでの朝食がおすすめ

It was a nice and pleasant stay.We visited almost all the Important places in tourists point of view.Weather was not very hot.

j'avais réservé une chambre standard mais lorsque j'arrive le receptionniste m'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas de libre en revanche il me propose une chambre de luxe pour un supplément de 704 roupies par jour (= env 10 euros) Je refuse en disant que j'ai réservé au vu de la disponibilité d'une chambre standard et qu'ils se débrouillent Après plusieurs jours en chambre de luxe enfin une chambre standard se libère et je peux changer de chambre Heureusement lors du départ ils ne m'ont pas fait payer le supplément, mais quel suspense !!!

ムンバイなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、金額と部屋のコンディションが見合っていません。レセプションは可もなく不可もなく。夜中到着で、有名な宿でないためタクシーが迷いましたが、着けば入れました。市内駅に歩いていけるので、電車を使っての観光はとてもしやすいです。
