Terrible staff, terrible service. Will never stay there or recommend anyone to stay. Just do money minded.

Overall, I had a nice stay. The food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. A few small issues stood out: several lightbulbs needed replacing, the shower leaked, and there was a moldy coaster in the bathroom where the water glasses were kept. My room was close to reception, so it could be quite noisy during the day, which was difficult while recovering from jet lag. With a bit more attention to these details, this would be a great place to stay.

1. I got skin trouble due to so many bugs and duty rooms(see the picture) 2. bad smell 3. Big noise 4. Old funiture, refrigerator 5. Expensive charge(low room condition) 6. Poor breakfast I never want to visit again forever

Really nice hotel with a great room. Close to shops and malls. I would recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Delhi.

Place was not the cleanest and felt impersonal.

Convenient for transportation and near by shopping mall. Food was good. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the the staff at this hotel who all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

1. The AC did not work, even after multiple calls to the front desk it fell to deaf ears. 2. There was construction happening, there were heavy machinery being used through out the noon and afternoon 3. Food was served burnt, and the management forced that we cannot order via swiggy or from outside nor did take any action to improve..Surprising ! Hostel rule Not worth the money, there are lot more better place at much cheaper rate

The stay was okay but I am not going back again. Visit was a part of our business trip, hence we booked a room with a working desk but the one we were given was completely different. We then had to go back and ask for the room which we booked. This was also the winter season and the room was extremely cold. I think the windows were not good. The Shower and the health faucet was black in color. I am writing all such things because we paid INR 6,000 per night and i think, such amount calls for better service if not the best.

Worst ever hotel

The geyser didn't work till we complained hard. The TV didn't have a single English channel. The set top box was defective and set right only on the last night.

Less than one km from a big mall with a fancy food market. A taxi driver tried to rip us of and we got some help from the hotel to resolve the issue(we still paid x3).

Pleasant stay with Delhi metro not too far and eateries within 1 km. Staff are good. However the wi fi was slow. Receptionists however were a bit uncompromising and rigid. They were reluctant to accommodate customers choice and comfort. I was made to change room in the middle of my stay over there.

Telephone don't allow India wide or international call...I was in trouble as could not get through to attend a conference call. Heating system not there! Rooms were cold though they arrange a heater after request, restaurant food is so so, people are cooperative,

Actually the hotel is clean but the main problem was with weak wifi I talked to reception many times but with no response also the key card of my room not working properly and they use their master key to open the door ... The hotel in general is suitable for living and even these problems i still think it's deserve the money i had paid
