Awesome location and service, nice behaviour by staff, only problem was...we saw picture of a particular room..but a different room was given smaller in size. Overall good experience, highly recommended

ホテルと称してますがゲストハウスです。温水は皆無、空調も暖房無しで毎晩凍えるような寒さでシャワーを浴び、厚着して寝ました。バスタオルは申し出ないと交換なし、年末とはいえ、これで一泊1万円はあり得ません。 スタッフはフレンドリーですが設備が悪すぎます。朝食はリンゴスライスとバナナ2本のみ、WIFIも勿論、全く繋がりません。 立地は良いですが、タクシー、リキシャは手前200ｍで降ろされ、入れません。

How disgusting can you get - not more than this place! Staff had no idea that they have parking - claimed they do not, but the site says they do. They finally found parking. We booked 2 roomsfor me and for a fouple I was traveling with - There was a hole cut into the wall between one room and the bathroom of the other room. You literally could look from one room into the bathroom of the other - no curtain, no nothing. Asking for a different room was a waste of time - too full. We left ate the first night when we walked in and say a rat who promptly ran into a drain. Turned down the bed and found rat poop in the bed. That was the end of this horrible hotel for us - we left. Complained to Expdia and they called hotel - owner said no hole and no rats. He lies.
