I booked 2 double bed 1 room. On our arrival we got a very tiny room which was very dirty and not the one I booked. When I have asked the front desk staff, he said he'll cancel my booking and rudely replied that go back to your country. it was 9:30 at night. With two kids I was helpless even though I have paid the full amount for the room more than 2 weeks back. I was very shocked and disappointed. Later next day we got the room but that one was dirty too. We stayed for 7 nights but none of the days it was clean. Room was dirty. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid the full amount of for the room reservation but received very very bad service. I was very stressed when the staff told be to go back where I came from at night. It ruined my trip to India and feeling anxious.

I was Cheated duped mislead by Expedia Sion Residency Makemytrip as well. If u r fmly don't even dare to try! If u r single on shoe string budget then only venture into this slum drove of a hotel. I booked n got cheated by Expedia as they claim dont pay now pay later at checkin but took my card details. Later duped by Hotel as they never ever mention anywhere nor show hotel pics of 26pics posted anywhere on outside how it looks or its approach road. Its a tin-shed structure in middle of Dharavi but address misleading to Sion. I informed on eve of reservation that my 80+ mother is with me yet they didn't inform me that Quadruple room on 1st floor but NO LIFT. I also informed to keep room ready by 10.30am but till 12.30pm i was made to wait at reception. When i reached hotel from airport it was such a rude shock that i was to turn away straightaway but expedia had cheated me by taking my card details so i decided to check-in to just show up relax my mom who was very tired needed to rest herself on chair. The hotel put me up in a makeshift cheaper double room after almost 75min but charged me for Quadruple room rent again cheated. In effect i was charged Rs2885 for peeping in & out of this tinshed of a hotel by Expedia/Hotel Sion Residency. I ran out got a better place to rest dignified civilised n comforting place. plz refund my Rs2885 asap for not staying in your hotel. See the clip of this joint to believe what's on offer!
