Decent place to stay, nice view. Friendly staff.

Great property to stay in the woods

Its a nice property

A very good experience with good memories. All around everything was just so good to be appreciated.

Food and staff behaviour was amazing. We reached early at 8 am, Hotel manager ensured to provide us with the clean room by 10.30 am We got really good food by the chefs of the hotel. Room was spacious, neat, nice and clean. View from the balcony was amazing. Overall my stay was excellent.

We booked 3 rooms. Some of the pillow covers were in poor condition. Bedsheet had a stain. The bodywash and shampoo dispensers were empty.We had to ask for toilet paper rolls.The hotel is 3 km from mall road and the drive is rough.

The hotel itself was amazing and comfortable but the only problem we faced was with food, the food wasn’t up to the mark when you have to actually eat at there place only

Off the beaten track but very comfortable with nice views and good breakfast. We slept very comfortably and the staff were really nice. Worth staying here for the views but would recommend staying closer to town if you expect to go there a lot. Roads are a bit bumpy getting to the hotel but we only stayed one night so no issues.

In our whole Himachal Pradesh trip , at hotel Smugglers is our best stay. It’s 4 star resort with all modern amenities. Room are beautiful decorated with all modern facilities central heating and view is just cherry on the cake. If I am taking about facilities apart from the room than there are lot of activities like playing zone for adults along with kids. Very beautiful lawn , fully occupied Zym , Dicso for party lover and much more. Highly recommended hotel for couples and family.

This property is around 2.5km away from Mall Road, it is located above the famous Hidimba Temple. But the view from the property is Breathtaking.

Very good hotel with all modern amenities. Room are well designed and deocarted. Service and staff behaviour is very polite and humble. View from the room is mind blowing total all very good package in one invlope. Highly recommended

Fabulous experience at this hotel.Perfect for families with kids,lots of experiences , activities and facilities within the property. Restaurant is excellent. Staff is courteous. One of the best property I've been too in the hills and place to spend quality time with your loved ones.The relaxed weather, scenery , wilderness ,easy accessibility to the city and yet away from the crowd is how you can describe the place.
