Nothing good about the hotel. Paid for two nights, arrived at 11pm so stayed for the night on dirty most UPGRADED FAMILY ROOM. checked out next morning even without asking for refund.

My regular place. Will get authentic and tasty andhra food at reasonable prices. Very supportive staff. Will upgrade room with a reasonable cost subject to avwilability. Will also provide airport pickup and drop on request. Dont expect 5 star ambiance. Will get room and service for what we pay

Took 20 days after initial email contacts and 5 times to get email response about important questions about after 12 am checkin. Ok room but very run down area on that block.

While I choose the Hotel for its location and Vegetarian only restaurant, the room itself was bad- I chose Royal Southern- what a joke - the bathroom is tiny, towels and room itself old and not very well kept.

When I called front desk staff, the front desk staff was rude call me after 10.00 PM/AM. They had no courtesy as customer. Booked for Execute room through Orbitz. But on site the room was not available. When reserved it should be available. Otherwise what is purpose of reservation?

It was an overnight quick stopover for a few hours to catch an early flight.This is a known hotel for me over 30 years and hence went back. They must improve their airport transfer services which is paid for and not free.I was combined with another family for getting dropped of leaving at 5am.I was ready 4.55am and they turned up at 5.30am putting me under unnecessary pressure. They must hv a clear policy on timings for combined transport services.In fact I was willing to pay extra for only taking me but front desk suggested combined transport services.

Room key did not work. It would open only with master key but not with the key provided by the hotel. It was not rectified for all the three days of my stay. Water in the bathroom would slog. The spring matress is also damaged. It is not worth the price paid

located in central delhi good authenticated south indian food

We were put in their Annexe where there is no lobby space.This hotel ok for short trip ie 1 or maximum 2 days.

Not the best part of Delhi but good for sightseeing tours departure

Even though we had some inconveniences, we enjoined the stay as it is centrally located, South Indian Eatery attached with Hotel, near to Ajmal Khan Road and Cannaught Place , Rajeev Chowk, Chandani Chowk etc

Good for a simple hotel for one night stay. Vegetarian/South Indian food is good. Better to book directly.

hotel is more conserned about rules than guests

The reception staff were not caring for online booking. I booked highest category of room Royal Southern, but they were showing lower category rooms for the same rate. There is no parking and area is very congested. The food is very very costly there. On the whole not satisfied...

OK for the location especially if you are traveling using their travel agency otherwise nothing much, you will find better rooms for the same price.
