Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. We were really pleased with our stay at Hotel Sun as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed.

It is a very average hotel.

Generally hotel and hotel staff are very good and friendly. I would only suggest to provide warm water all the time. It was the only problem.

The whole hotel needs a serious upgrade. Friendly staff

The internet was okay and the receptionist is the best, he listens and act with urgency. The area around is dirty and noisy

I was a little sceptical at the beginning but after visiting the hotel my reviews changed. A few things could have been better but it’s a budget hotel at the end of the day. Value for money I would say

The hotel management did not allow us to enter the hotel, even though the the payment was done through hotels.com and even after showing them the proof of it. After long argument finally got the room, but the blanket and sheets were used and stains all over. The flush lever was not working, when asked the hotel receptionist to replace sheets and blanket and a bottle of water, they used very slang language. while returning back to the allotted room, saw there were prostitutions practices were happening. There was someone came to the room to deliver a water bottle at 1:30 am in the morning. It was really scary and felt highly unsafe.

Property wasn’t in good condition. There is no parking nearby, there was no hot water for shower. Breakfast wasnt served as promised.

Worst I have ever stayed in, was mistake to see the pictures and accept it. It was a budget hotel so selected but it was disappointing, and EXPEDIA please see over it, and please send correct invoice and vouchers for parking, breakfast and etc.

It was really bad experience. There was a small rat inside the room. Not clean the room. A/c not working properly. Need to call for switch on aircon again and again. Roomboy came to the room without permission and bell.
