特米纳斯广场酒店

We were transitioning between domestic and international flights and booked this hotel for a stopover. The posted pictures are misleading about the actual condition of the hotel. It is in a residential building with construction going on and limited access to the entrance. The entrance and the hotel itself has a shabby look. The room was dirty with no housekeeping done. The bed sheets and serving trays had human hairs, paints were peeling off the wall and bathroom had a leaking pipe. The wardrobe had polythene bags left by previous renters. There were no basic amenities like soaps etc. provided in the room. The porters did transport our luggage to the first floor room since there was no elevator. We decided to check out way earlier and spend time at the airport rather than at the hotel. I would recommend to be careful in selecting 3-3.5 star hotels in India. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.
