Very good restaurant and clean

The food was good, staff were polite. It was a wonderful stay.

The Hotel itself was good and breakfast was also fine. The hotel is in the middle of busy area/ shops and so not the best peaceful location.

Had to shift 3 rooms: 1. Room #1Mold on ceiling 2. Room #2 Broken AC, man fixing at 12.30 am. Had to force a room change. Not fixed, no ventilation. 3. Room #3 No working electric outlet for CPAP. Hotel ran cable from hallway. 4. Staff were kind, caring people. I wish them and the hotel well.

no windows in room & fresh air problem

The hotel location is not good. Very difficult to reach. Food not good. Check in time should be 12 noon and Check out time also to be 12 noon. The room lights were dull. The sheets etc was not excellent. Plus two separate beds were provided for a couple

I booked 2 rooms for 5 night for 633 US dollars. The management was super irresponsible even when asked numerous times to clean the room. The sheets were all stained with god knows what. There was dust everywhere along with random hairs everyone from the moment we entered the room. The cleaning staff did not actually sanitize like they claim they do. We had to tell the management that we will complain about the lack of sanitization to get them to actually so it. Honestly 5 year olds clean their beds better than they way the hotel did it. The restaurant underneath has food prices that are way WAY to high for quality that is quite poor. Electrical outlets are not quite filled it. The hotel itself like the lobby and all has this weird smell! Highly do not recommend this place!! The management is quite careless, irresponsible, short tempered, and all lack communication with each other!

Everything great (cleanliness, amenities, restaurant and staff). WiFi signal pretty bad in our room, that need to improve.

It was a horrible experience to live there. They gave me wrong rooms and I have paid for the deluxe room. The rooms were very dirty, washroom was so so dirty. They have not even taken trash out of the room. I would suggest everyone not to go there as it’s a waste of money.

This hotel on expedia says that they provide free shuttle to/from airport. On asking for the service to airport they denied it. The only reason this hotel was chosen by me was because of falsely advertised air transport. Neither the hotel, nor expedia helped in that regard.

Seemed decent enough as far as the location was concerned but once you get checked in the staff is not very friendly, the Wi-Fi sucks, and it is on a very noisy and busy street.Dufficult to get any rest especially if you have a room on the street side. Also it does not appear they have a no smoking policy in the rooms because our room reeked of smoke. And if your handicapped you're out of luck because there's no ramp or an elevator only stairs.. I'm sure that I better choices out there.

Good staff but lack of dining and transportation

We reached around 2. The welcome drink was offered about 2 phones to reception. Seeing this type service we were little sceptical about the service but overall it was good.

Very good stay. Hotel is very close to the visiting places. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful City guide provided by hotel was amazing person very helpful and knowledgeable only negative thing is traffic in the city and road conditions

Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Airport pickup (INR 1000) hat gut geklappt. Der Service war im allgemeinen nicht sehr hilfreich. Sehr negativ ist die Umgebung. Das Tridev ist an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse, das bedeutet Hupkonzert nonstop, auch Nachts. Dieses wird nur von der nahegelegenen Disco ubertönt (bis ca 23 Uhr). Alle Zimmer Nach aussen sind auf Strassenseite, Zimmer nach innen haben keine Fenster.

The hotel sits on a very busy shopping street, in the middle of a chaotic shopping market. It was hard to drive up to the door to unload luggage. The rooms were quiet though. Our room was not properly cleaned, should have been swept and mopped. Overall service was fine. The vegetarian restaurant in the hotel was decent, our first meal came too late and the owner did discount a couple of dishes that were too salty.
