瓦鲁纳酒店

The lobby staff are very nice and friendly. My train from Varanasi to Kolkata was delayed to midnight, but I have no play to stay as the railway station was not very safe in night. The staff let me to wait at the lobby until 11pm, and arrange a rickshaw for me to railway station. I am very appreciate the nice attitude of the staff. I will stay again if I visit Varanasi!

離火車站很近、外頭還有警衛!整體素質很好!但外觀跟房間就有差!但如果只是住宿、有熱水洗澡，是個不錯的選擇!離恆河有點遠就是了(2km)

It's located in a very convenient and popular place. However, the second building where I stayed looks like a buffer part of staff facilities.. unkept walkway, unattended stuff including linen in the passages, etc wtc

Chandraketh and Hosila Pandey are very helpful, watch out for the front desk lady, very uncooperative she is and not at understanding….wait period to get towel very painful…

The room was spacious, we had 2 singles beds and 1 king bed. The bathroom was OK. The hotel is located next to a wedding hall which was so disturbing (music, firework, etc). The restaurant serves very delicious food. The hotel is relatively far away from the Ganges River, around 20 minutes by tuktuk but close to a shopping district

Really the worst hotel ever I have seen. I have also given the written complain.

Normal low budget hotel in Varanasi, great thing about the hotel is the tours arranged by the hotel, driver "John" good kid

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, very noicey and have bugs.

Well, unfriendly receptionist who did not seem to understand the difference between a passport and a driver’s license. Guest rooms are next to the reception/lobby area, too noisy. Leaky bathroom fixtures, stained wall, muggy room, while the room itself was relatively clean its nowhere to be 3star standard. I really do not know how hotels in India given ‘star status’, perhaps themselves! If you are visiting for a short business trip may be you can tolerate, but if you want your money’s worth go to a real start hotel or go to the ghats.

Расположение хорошее. На моторикше до местного вокзала минут 10.Близко к гатам Ганги. Рядом есть магазины, маркет и даже McDonald's (для тех, кто устал от местной острой пищи).Работники приветливые и вежливые. Комнаты чистые. Имеется горячая вода. Уютный ресторанчик на нижнем этаже. Но меню небогатое.

The hotel was all right - reasonably clean and comfortable. The location was decent - close to the river, the ghats etc but far enough removed not to be in the middle of the chaos. What disturbed me, however, was to inadvertently witness an incident while passing through reception where the manager was physically and verbally abusive to one of his staff members. It stopped when they became aware that I had come downstairs, but what I saw was deeply concerning. Although the hotel was decent and good value, this would definitely deter me from returning to the hotel.

Me and my family have enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Hotel Ambience was awesome but i would say they should improve on service.

Cleanliness of hotel is not upto standards. Insects such as cockroaches, crickets, etc were found inside rooms, toilets, etc. Despite requesting hotel staff to clean the room, there was no room cleaning during two days of our stay at the hotel. Food service took around 40 minutes. Leave much improvement to be expected

The room and reception person were really nice! Only the thing is location is a little bit far from the Ganges river..

設備も整っており、お湯も使え、広い部屋で、コスパ満足です。 ただ、ホテルで紹介されたリキシャがとても高い。そして、頼んでいないボートに乗せられた。これがかなり高額で、なんとか半額くらいまで交渉値引きしたが、翌日個人的にチャーターしたボートの１２倍の値段でした。最初は、４５倍だったと考えると恐ろしい。これは、ホテルも絡んでいないとは言い切れないが、この点は自己責任でもあるので、評価には反映していない。このホテルを利用される場合は、ホテル紹介リキシャは利用しない方が良いです。

The manager was rude from the start. The repair works were ongoing which resulted in dust everywhere and noise outside room till late but hotel made no effort to improve guest comfort. Despite room being dusty due to repair work outside noone bothered cleaning until requested. There was no hot water for shower. Even toilet paper needed to asked for. Overall hotel is not value for money.

Crummy hotel with friendly staff. Incredibly noisy (in fairness, the entire town is very noisy due to pre-election construction), cold showers, limited kitchen.

Hotellrum, säng odyl helt okay. Problemet är öppningarna i rummet ut mot alla korridorer och där sprang många skolungdomar så svårt sova innan jag fann lronproppar som dämpade lite. Bra service, lite lång väntetid att få mat men funkade. Inget tjat om rundturer så jag köpte en. :) Takterassen var stängd för renovering. Inget värdeskåp tyvärr. Wifi fungerade på Indisk maner ibland.

Nos brindaron una asistencia en todo para poder disfrutar al máximo de Varanasi. Su personal es muy amable y servicial.

I recommend Hotel Varuna to all those who wish to have a comfortable stay in Varanasi. Food they provide is delicious. Staff is polite. Manager is pleasant. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is inconvenient for all those who wish to frequent the ghats, Sarnath, etc.
