I ask for password for Wi-Fi didn't give at all.from check in they say we send to my room didn't get .when i check out still same answers. Bad service

There were some problems at check in, but after discussing it, the staff very kindly helped us. We got an excellent service with a smile always.

Comfortable hotel. No real restaurant but places nearby. Close to temple. Not far from airport. Street very busy outside but hotel quiet

overall had a good experiance. Staff was friendly and helpful Also they were generous enough to extend our stay for 3 hours more.

Beyond expectation. Good location. Neat and clean. Immediate response to call. All in all a rating of 7/10 shall be given. .

V.Good location for Madurai temple visit.

This hotel is on a main road beside the city's bus depot. It is constantly intolerably loud. The rooms are not as they appear in the pictures. They are dirty, mouldy, and rickety. My bed did not have a blanket. I was allowed one towel, that I had to ask for. There is no holder for toilet paper. The hallways smelled at once of kerosene, of dust, of engine fumes. This felt like the place where both hitmen and call-girls go to do their respective work. Oh and you had to sign back into the WiFi after each time your phone locks.

It was good.... Due to road it was noise.. Otherwise it's nice to stay..

It was a pleasure staying with my family at Hotel Vijay, Madurai. Very convenient location and good value for money! Superb easy accessibility to everything.
