This is one of the worst experience I had at any hotel. I booked two rooms for a night and they called me telling that they only have one room available. What is the point of booking online if that is not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They even disconnected the call without providing any resolution also they didn't answer why the mistake happened. Please avoid this hotel at all cost

It was such a worst experience for me and my family, I'm reached the hotel at 4.00 PM and when asked for tea or some snacks they clearly says no, I have to order then by swiggy and they say come and pick your swiggy order from reception,they offer free welcome drink on arrival in their facilities despite they have given even water after two hours, no WiFi, no toiletries, intercom was not working, one small lcd tv is there with no cable connection, no kettle in the room as they have said in their facilities, flush is not working properly, no room service is their, when asked they say we are only for foreigners but due to covid crisis we have to open it for all. I want to ask one thing to this hotel that you are living on India and how you can serve such type of ignorance to your country people. It is very shamful act. I have booked it for three nights but after spending one night any how, I cancelled my booking and went to some other. It was really a worst experience of my journey. Never ever book this hotel, pics are showing that it is very big but it very small when actually see. Only show off

It was nice to stay at this hotel, decorated so nicely. Staffs are cooperative and supportive. Dishes are nice. Only weaknesses in this hotel is that wash rooms are required to be upgraded with proper maintenance.

stayed 2 nights in Jaipur and had a very pleasant stay in Vimal heritage. very good decor and ambience and comfortable beds ! they also provided an extra bed/mattress. the location is amazing and in a quiet area so you'll be able to rest. breakfast is provided but with somewhat limited options as mentioned in previous reviews but that doesn't make it for a bad stay (at all).

O hotel fica mais afastado da cidade velho o que é bom pelo silencio e tranquilidade. A dona é muito gentil e acolhedora. Na porta fica o motorista de tuck tuck Khaled que recomendo fortemente contratar para um roteiro turistico.

Nice hotel but the staff are fairly unfriendly and like most Indian's handling money will try to make extra out of tourists.Paid for a room for three of us to use until a late train departure.Wanted to charge 900r extra for third person even though that was the price for a third bed.No internet in a lot of the hotel and TV didn't work.Uber to station-initially told 100r but when it was too late to get another price nearly doubled.Unfortunately typical India.

...liegt ruhig und geborgen, der tosende Verkehr in gutem Abstand. Äußerst gepflegte kleine Gartenanlage, sehr sauber und korrekt. DAs kleine Hotel mit knapp über 20 Betten ist in Familienbesitz - die Familie bewohnt die oberste Etage. Die Tages-Rezeption ist hervorragend besetzt: aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Nacht-Rezeption erlebte ich als (übertrieben) geschäftstüchtig. Das Restaurant ist wenig frequentiert, hat aber eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Rajasthan Küche zu bieten. Der Stadtteil Bani Park ist per TucTuc rund 15 min von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhiger und sauberer. In der Nähe gute Ayurveda Treatments. Ich komme wieder, ganz sicher.

Great stay, quiet hotel, a little bit far from the city centre but this is a plus in a noisy city like Jaipur. The staff always go the extra mile to help you. Well done. The only thing I would Mention is pay some more attention to the swimming pool as it doesn't look clean enough to swim.

The stay was quiet pleasant. The breakfast served in the hotel was good. Rooms were very colorful and typical Rajasthani feeling was experienced.The garden area was also very pleasant . The dinning restaurant looked beautiful with all the blue color.The location is nearby station (but not walkable with 3 year old kid) but its bit deserted. Best way to roam (in pink city) is to take Auto after some bargaining. If you don't want to eat at this place you can eat at a small hotel named 'My kitchen" on the main road. Cheap and tasty food.

Hotel Vimal Heritage is nice. Nice in the way that your favorite pair of pants are nice: super comfortable but you should probably stop wearing them in public. This hotel is in an area shared by many other beautiful historical hotels, and we thought therefore that this would be nearly the same. We booked a suite, and perhaps set our expectations too high. The suite is essentially just a more expensive standard room. The rooms are just expensive rooms, and the restaurant is just an expensive restaurant. The hotel is nice, but the experience simply does not justify the price. There are other hotels in Jaipur that offer lovely, clean rooms for much less.

Vimal Heritage Hotel I stayed Vimal Heritage Hotel from 25 to 28 Sep / 2015. 3 nights. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. Workers were polite and very tidy Workers wore an Indian tidy uniform. But not that friendly. It was OK for me. But just one problem. Food! Breakfast was good. It was a Buffet. The question was dinner. Is this Hotel is for only familes? They have no TALI ( set menu ). I had one large dish and a piece of chapatti. I could not eat it all. The portion of dish was extremely large for one person. My mother used to say that it is ashamed to waste food. I did not have any company for sharing food. One type of dish and a piece of chapatti for dinner was miserable. I hope the Hotel considers a dinner menu for single guests.

Nous sommes arrivés à Jaipur le vendredi matin à 6h l'hôtel était fermer nous avons dû attendre plus d'une demi heure pour y accéder L'accueil était très froid le personnel nous a fait payer une demi nuit supplémentaire alors qu'à la réservation tout était inclus Puis ils ont voulu nous faire payer tout le séjour alors qu'il était deja payer sur hôtel.com Les douches de la chambre fuyait mais comme c'était une promo ils n'ont pas voulu qu'on change de chambre La piscine n'était pas remplie Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit puis avons changer d'hotel

The hotel looks really nice and the service offered by the staff was great! Although the location is a little bit further away from some of the main sights (still close to the train station) this is outweighed by the fact that the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The only thing that could be improved was the somewhat plain breakfast, for example real coffee instead of instant coffee would make a huge difference!

It was authentic indian hotel with beautiful furniture, garden, pool. We went to India in winter, so the most important disadvantage was cold suits.
