It’s ok

The room itself too crowded with items that did not work. No room to move after putting my 2 luggage Laptop. The room was not cleaned and had previous person;s toothpaste on the floor.

Good hotel at a fantastic price. Things could be slightly cleaner though. The bathroom's shower was fantastic, but the grout needs a proper clean as it was going black

Only 1.9km from T2 this hotel is an ideal 1 night stay if passing through Mumbai. With a couple of decent restaurants nearby and with quiet, comfortable rooms we stopped over twice when flying into and out of India. Staff were generally very helpful (although one young man on reception needs to be taught how to smile and should be trained in customer relations skills) but communications via email, or the Hotels.com messaging system, can be hit and miss and requests are not always actioned without several attempts. Also, during our first stay the bedroom had mothballs in the sink which created an unpleasant background smell in the room. However, despite these reservations, we would be happy to stay here again.

All rooms smell like cigarette smoke. We changed rooms but the new room had even more smoke. The window was broken and didn’t close fully and also saw a rat in the hallway outside the door.

Positive: close to airport; Clean, modern, new with AC Negative: 3 beds crammed in small room; hardly any space to move about; Fridge & TV non functional; Shuttle to airport (+/- 2 Kms !) announced for Rs 350 but charged Rs 500. Surrounding area uninteresting.

Check in was very simple, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! Great location near the airport. I stayed here twice on my first and last nights in India and am very glad I picked this place. It's in an area that is not very walkable but it is easy to find transportation from the hotel. Also loved the coffee and tea machine in the lobby!

Very well maintained and a surprise find for us in Marol area. Very clean, hygienic, aesthetically done.

Couldn't fall asleep due to the smell of the beddings.. Way too strong. Otherwise, it's at a quite convenient location if wish to stay close to the airport.

Very nice accommodations. Room was small but nice for a short stay. They allowed us a very late check-in and were very friendly. Would recommend!

Room had a Smokey smell and the breakfast was well below average.

I enjoyed the place because of the staff. They were very helpful. Property is in great condition. Room I had was ok. Bed was comfortable. Little awkward built. Furniture was very ordinary. Fridge did not chill. Bathroom was was ok except it was not on the same level. Safe worked fine. No carpet. View outside was not interesting.

Overall condition was not bad. And facilities are quite new and clean. Just room is a little small.

Nice hotel with all great facilities. Didn’t like the small rooms, so small that there is not enough space to keep luggage.

Very old and tiny room and condition of toilet was bad. Mediocre breakfast serving and for the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it.

The service was excellent and this hotel is very close to airport.

Nice but need little maintenance

Very small but clean. Enjoyed the large window looking out to the city — better than the TV. Breakfast is decent. Basic amenities; Had to request for a hairdryer. Our bed was actually two twin sized beds put together. The phone ringer is quite shrill and disturbed us, though it was the reception notifying us of breakfast.

Great location close to T2, friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptionally good service by the hotel staff. My parents stayed on their return flight from US and specifically asked me to give thanks to the hotel staff for their service. I am glad I selected hotel Wego for my parents stay in Mumbai. Thanks for keeping up the good work in this pandemic situation
