Restaurant table was NOT cleaned up and I asked to clean, the waiter did not make the table clean enough for next customer.

The accommodation experience is satisfactory, as staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi is great but they have an offer for an high speed connection with a INR 700 per day. The bathroom is well designed as there is a strong handle for me to hold. The location of the hotel is near the central Bangalore city center. There are relatively more dinning options nearby compared to the Electronics City where I stayed last time. Staying at the right location in Bangalore is very important due to the bad traffic conditions. Some disadvantages that have brought a deduction of my score: (1) not so much western and oriental breakfast varieties. (2) there is only 1 restaurant and they get so busy with the outside customers at lunch. I later just ordered in-room dining. (3) my booking was for a king bed room, but they offered me only a 2x double beds that are placed together.

The hotel is contemporary, modern designed and clean. 5 stars level. Staffs are friendly and professional. However, there is heavy construction work along the MG Rd, it is not convenient to walk. Complimentary fruit plate was provided during our stay. Excellent service.

The staff and service was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant waiters. However, this is not a true 5-star hotel, and I don't believe that the price is worth the experience. The room sizes are small, and water escapes the shower enclosure, leading to the entire bathroom floors getting wet.

The stay at Hyatt Centric, was made exceptionally comfortable for us by the splendid team led by Mr Biswajit, Krishna, Mawi, Nikhil, Joseph, Wati, Usha and Aryan. Will be staying there again to experience their hospitality.

Breakfast menu was fine but the staff seems to be lazy or really not interested in their job. Had to call the server to get tea and omelette or extra silverware or bottled water. The front desk person for breakfast was missing so I just picked a table and sat.

Very nice place and service. Well maintained and the staff are amazing. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Good location with shops close by. Lovely breakfast area. Decent sized well kitted out clean rooms. Friendly staff but could be more clued on and efficient.
