ibis New Delhi Aerocity

We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…

The reason I am taking a star off is because they only provided one towel in the room when the booking was for two adults. Even after informing them, they did not provide a second towel till I called them a second time in the morning.

This hotel is old and very much in need of refurbishment. It might have been like in the pictures once, but surely it’s not like now. The rooms are tired and dirty. Plus, it’s more expensive than similar hotels in the area. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.

Rooms were not upto Accor mark. Soggy smell. Bathroom was like a bolt on at motels.

They couldn't find my booking as they search by first name and I booked as Dave and my Passport says David. Eventually sorted. It makes sense I guess as all Sheikhs are Singh. Room was dirty. Hair and grime in shower and wash basin from previous guest. No hot water in shower despite running for ages.

Great facility for great price

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für eine Zwischenübernachtung gebucht mit der Bedingung, dass die Zimmer nebeneinander sein müssen, weil wir mit unserem minderjährigen Sohn und Hund unterwegs waren. Haben extra 2 Tage vorher nochmals angerufen, um das sicherzustellen und es wurde uns zugesagt. Als wir dort ankamen, gab es angeblich keine zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, man wollte uns sogar auf verschiedene Stockwerke verteilen. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig, in meinem Bett waren lange schwarze Haare (meine sind dunkelblond und kurz, waren also definitiv nicht meine!) und das Bettlaken war voller Flecken. Der Check-in hat ewig gedauert und das nachts um halb vier nach einer 20 Stunden Reise. Und das ganze für €70 pro Zimmer ohne Frühstück. Für den Standort, Zustand und Service viel zu teuer. Insgesamt NEVER EVER!!!
