It started during check-in itself. When I asked for a bellboy to help me with the luggage, I was told that " we are a self -service hotel! Had a putrid plate of club sandwich that had a flaky toast, not grilled..On complaining the chef apologises and offers me one more plate of the same thing! One night I had suffered from food poisoning : vomiiting all night..When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that there is no doctor on call or a first-aid kit. My angry remarks must have put them off, that the front desk stopped answering my calls. The room is tiny. There are small posters hidden in the bathroom that says that they will not replace towels everyday to show that they are sustainable! The day of check out, after I threatened them with  bad reviews, they tried pacifying me with a  breakfast and free drop to the airport. I swear I will never stay there again. Nor will I recommend my friends to do so.
