I have visited here several times, but this time I'm very sorry to say that their quality is decreasing day by day! Firstly I had been provided a Non A/C Room, but after I called the Reception & told that I have booked an A/C Room, they checked my booking and switched on the A/C after 10 minutes. I have been provided Room No - 203, Room was not very neat but it was still manageable, but the sound of the Exhaust Fan of the bathroom was horrible!! I stayed there for almost two days but Room Cleaning was not offered to me for a single time. Lastly I would like to say, in spite of the presence of the Receptionist in the Reception desk, one of the Security Guard (that I understood from his uniform) handling my Check-In in an Untrained Manner which was very irritating for me. Anyway, I wish to stay there once again & I would be very happy if the abovementioned issues being solved by the management with immediate effect.
