Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms have safes but many are not in working conditions. 1st floor has better more modern rooms. Think of this as a 2 to 3 star level hotel, unless on 1st floor.

The staff was friendly and always there to give a helping hand. Special thanks for help with taxis and tour to Agra to Taj Mahal. Chef prepared food for my husband’s diet. Very thankful for that. Beautiful sunny lobby Highly recommend Iris Park Hotel.

Property is in a safe and quiet place. Cleanliness was good but not very good. Breakfast options were very limited. Paid 6000 which was not worth it.

Easy access to transport and good dining options are a few minutes walk away

Esta bien el hospedaje, bien en general. Esta limpio y bien ubicado para moverte dentro de la ciudad. Nunca tuve problemas solo me parecio caro el servicio de lavanderia.

The best thing about this hotel was at the bed is comfortable. Other than that not so great.

Probably one of the worst hotels in the area. Uncomfortable beds and mold in the bathroom. Furniture was dusty like they never clean it. The wifi wouldn’t work and they said something was wrong with our phones. Requested for a room change but unfortunately all their rooms were in bad condition.

Clean. Provided water. Nice blackout curtains. Tasty dinner at the restaurant.

I stayed here for 2 nights to shop in Delhi before my flight home. My room was comfortable, clean, and only had a couple of minor oddities (unfinished/broken tile in the shower exposing cement and wood?). The staff were friendly and helpful, and my stay included breakfast which was served hot and buffet style in the breakfast hall. What I liked most, was the location being about half way between the airport and Old Delhi for shopping. The street the hotel is located is also a horn-free zone which made it nice for sleeping at night. They also had nice thick blackout curtains which worked so well I didn't even know it was daylight outside when I woke up.

Very quiet side room even though the hotel is on a busy street. Clean rooms and fast room service. Breakfast room not very comfortable, but breakfast was ok.

Nice staff and management. Breakfast was pretty nice. Room was little small & bathroom is also very small.

Unfriendly atmosphere from the check in. Did not reply to repeated emails prior check in. Did not receive the booked room, automatically downgraded without consent. staff having difficulties with English.

It was a short stay of 2 days for visa purpose. Stay was very comfortable. Tidiness and room size was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Iris Park Hotel in Safdarjung enclave. The front desk staff are very cordial and made the check-in quick though my flight reached early, they checked me in by 11:30 AM. Cafe has yummy buffet included in my package. The menu has both north, south Indian and continental tasty breakfast. I extend my stay by 1 more week as I liked the hotel. Staff are very helpful in this hotel as I had to go around to get treatment at Trauma Center AIIMS, they helped me in getting around the area.

The staff was friendly. Metro was not in walking distance, and some of the Tuc-Tuc drivers had trouble finding the hotel. The wifi seemed to click off a lot, but was basically functional. Shower was great. Breakfast was not fancy but good. They cook you an omelette with your choice of toppings. English-language newspaper was on my door every morning.

Hotel is situated at safdarjang enclave. Near to rajinder express dhaba. Rooms are good but small in size, bathoroom are having all basic amenities ,24 he. Hot water. There is no restaurant in the hotel but one can order food via room service. Hotel is under some mantinace work.

I will not stay here again. Poor operation. Can not find on share ride systems

Too Pricey. While booking this hotel, the amenities section has "Free Breakfast" but there is no breakfast included. It is not worth the price. Disappointed.
