ITC Mughal, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Agra

We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs everywhere in hotel, to room and to restaurant, It is not very friendly especially to the aged people and the people who has problem in knee.

- Night shift lady manager was kind enough to upgrade my room, she made my day. - The Bell boy who wear with eyeglass an white uniform was so helpful and knowledgable - the tour desk supervisor is not helpful and was being so aggressive to sel tour package, i just need to advice on transportation - room is well-appointed with advanced remote control, and nicely decorated - everything is beautifully decorated and very decent - hotel security manager is carefully do the checking process, to ensure the hotel is safe - a memorable stay with great hospitality

It's very nice hotel, delicious meal, convinient location, I will stay in ITC again next time I visit Agra.

整體來說，大廳與服務品質的確五星級飯店應有的品質，但飯店的熱水管線老舊，導致出水品質黃濁；另外，隔音設備也不怎麼理想，總是能停到走廊或緊鄰房間傳出的聲音。

The hospitality and food was okay okay. Not like a 5 star

I like the food and service but stunk in some areas.

Lovely, calm peaceful hotel! I got sick with Delhi Behli at night and the whole staff helped me call a Dr. Also we had a wonderful guide from the hotel to the Taj Mahal, very knowledgable. They were so kind to us and the service was great. The lovely pool was a welcome addition!

We recently stayed at ITC Mughal in Agra for 2 nights with our large family—14 members including infants, children, and elderly. While the property itself has a good reputation and the service was decent by local standards, our overall experience had several shortcomings that need attention, especially for a hotel positioned as a 5-star. Mini Bar Setup: Out of 5 rooms, only 2 had functional mini bars, yet we were charged for 3. This was disappointing and should not happen in a premium hotel. Room Essentials: Despite knowing that each room housed more than 2 people (including children), the housekeeping staff didn’t proactively provide extra towels or toilet paper. We had to keep requesting these items repeatedly. Playroom Condition: The play area was in poor condition—most toys were dirty, and the entire space was not maintained at all. For families with children, this was a major letdown. Room Keys: Each room was given only one key card, which caused inconvenience for couples and families coming and going at different times. Providing two keys per room is a basic expectation and should be standard. To their credit, the staff were polite and tried their best within limitations, and we appreciate that. However, ITC Mughal needs significant improvements in operations and attention to guest needs to truly offer a luxury experience. Guests are willing to pay for quality—but only when service standards match expectations.

This was a fantastic property and very safe.

The entrance is grand but the rooms are sub par. the breakfast not as good as I hoped. It is basic compared to other hotels I have stayed at in india.
