Bad experience. Very cold reception. Dirty room. Torn towels. Disgusting looking menus in an empty restaurant. Oh I am lying here - there were a few flies there. Obviously we did not eat there.

Room is small and wash room is not good

Good Location comfortable stay. Average breakfast. Service people good. WiFi poor.

My voucher included a complimentary breakfast. They said breakfast is not included as per communication to them from hotels.com. Ultimately they agreed after arguments of half an hour. Please let me know where is the communication gap. I would like to have written apology from Matrix and hotels.com for the unconvenience caused to me. Wash basin tap does not have hot water. Towels are stinky.

Hotel was comfortable. Clean.but bathroom is very very small.breakfast o.k.can be still better

Value for your money!! You will like this hotel... The ambience is good apart from the other basic facilities you expect.

It was okay staying in hotel. But, when we booked the room in this hotel through hotels.com, we clearly asked for a hotel with swimming pool. We have been confirmed the availability of the pool in Matrix Inn. But, to our surprise when we cheked in we found the pool is not in use. This has embrassed us and have to regret for booking thourgh hotels.com, as without first hand information hotels.com has given wrong information. Our child was totally dissapointed as swimming was not in use.

We stayed in the first week of march and a wonderful stay I must say.. Polite staff, good food and nice calm ambience. Being a punjabi, I felt one little thing, there should be other varieties of food in breakfast rather than south indian food.. Must recommend to people planning to stay in shirdi. P.S. they provide round the clock cab for darshan

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and overall experience was good . This hotel is situated on highway and temple is around 2KM from the hotel . Hotel arranged pick-up drop form the temple on extra charge (very reasonable) . This is a new property and thus conditions of rooms are excellent . The hotel staff was very helpful , they arranged an executive room for us as we did very early checkin (6 AM) and the room booked by us was only available after 12 noon . No extra charge for 6 hrs stay in executive room :) . +tives 1. Excellent room condition 2. Helpful staff (allowed early checkin at 6AM) -tives 1. Food was a bit on the costly side but taste was good 2. Situated on the highway and not in the market . temple at 10 min walk .

we were to spend only one night in Shirdi and chose this hotel. upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. the lobby was clean and modern as was the elevator and the rooms. the rooms were clean, comfortable and the linen fresh. the staff was courteous and polite. the only area that i felt could be worked upon is the time taken for room service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Hotel needs to provide enough Sockets to connect Laptop, water boiler etc. Hotel needs to provide Teapoy in the room. Keeping food items ordered through room service is difficult without a teapoy. ===================================

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The shuttle service to the temple is very good.

I had booked this hotel based on the Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed at all. Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff always courteous and helpfull. Food in the restaurant and Room Service was well prepared and tasty. Complimentary bottles of water provided in the room. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Shirdi temple however the hotel provided shuttle service which was very convenient. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
