This property should be rated below 3 star. Very poorly maintained rooms and very pricey restaurent rates.

Staff are friendly but not prompt in service. This includes the reception and room services. I booked a Royal Suite and all I got was towel and shower cap. So no amenities are provided. You request for drinking water or maintenance and you are obliged to remind them several times yourself. Ask for the complimentary 2 bottles of tap water and you get only one after an hour. Location is ok, the varieties at the buffet breakfast are satisfactory. Please avoid the farthest rooms from reception since WiFi won’t be available. Overall for the price paid, the service is not up to the mark. For the same price I can expect a 5 star treatment in metro cities.

Raised a compliant with expedia about not providing any amenities and cost is so high

It’s bad and terrible experience, rooms are filled with fungus and bad smell in the room. Towels are not cleaned. Room ceiling was pealing on and paint was falling down. Floor cleaning was done after the check in. Not recommend for family and businesses trips. Room heaters are not free, it’s paid service in a hill station. All request was responded after numerous reminders.

was on a short trip to kodaikanal, and happened to stay at the JC Residency, it is a beautiful property with Amazing gardens, the property is built like a resort, and the Rooms are spacious , clean and has an old world charm to it... the restaurant serves a Decent Breakfast, and the alacarte items are tasty. the gardens have been maintained beautifully, and we had the campfire on one of the days. the staff here is very polite and hospitable, and a special mention to Jaya from the front office and Viyas from the restaurant who made our stay even more comfortable. overall a great Property, and would love to come back and stay again.

Awesome place to stay and it suits all age people to stay there and relax . children play area is good and located under a hill looks like , that's great . Thank you

Stayed for 2 days on tour of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, good location, courteous staff and clean rooms, only drawback is they don't have single beds in rooms so its a little inconvenience for people who don't want to share he bed

Special mention of the good & courteous service from Sidhu,Preethi,Muneesh,Anbu,Jaya & Vinod and the GM Mr.Jacob. Good clean rooms with friendly service.

The location is a bit away from the Lake area . But the surroundings are quiet and serene. The room is clean and spacious .The garden is a nice one with beautiful flowers. There is a play area for kids. The pet birds add to the attraction and fun. The food is warm and delicious. The service has been good. We had a comfortable stay .
