Nice stay but BFast service area needs more cleaning and better seating arrangements.Front of the hotel area was waterlogged so not a great scene.Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Generally it’s good and clean hotel surrounded by lot of restaurants. CBD train station is within walking distance If anyone interested going around India. However somtime free Wi-Fi stoped working but overall Wi-Fi speed and connection was ok.

Wij kwamen aan bij dit hotel en het bleek naast een vuilnisbelt te liggen.
Het hotel ligt in Navi-Mumbai en is een uur tot anderhalf uur reizen van Mumbai centrum. Elke dag de taxi werd te duur en de trein was na meerdere dagen zeer onprettig.
We hadden ontbijt, maar ze hebben geen restaurant, alleen een aantal plastic tuin stoelen/tafels en het ontbijt was niet bedoeld voor westerlingen.
Als laatste had het hotel wel wifi, maar 9 van de 10 keer had je geen internet verbinding.
Uiteindelijk hebben wij een nieuw hotel geboekt in het centrum van Mumbai (weer extra geld uitgegeven). Echter was dit het juiste besluit om nog een beetje te genieten van de vakantie.

Though I had booked the room through Hotels.com for my elderly parents the hotel was overfull and they could not accommodate them. After a lot of persuasion the hotel made alternative arrangements at Hotel Dakshin Heritage in sector 11. The room provided was very shabby and the entrance to the hotel was awful. But finally at about 5pm in the evening they got the room. A truly unexpected and horrifying experience. This was not expected after booking and paying the full amount in advance through Hotels.com
