It was fine. Surprisingly, housekeeping didnt clean the room or make up the bed in the morning. They didn’t clear old dishes either (from the morning). Restaurant service was slow but food quality and quantity was good.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend
I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The air conditioning could only be controlled by us, which was inconvenient. The room was not clean, and the service was extremely poor. We had to ask for everything, which made the experience frustrating.
The worst part was the dental kit provided—it appeared to have been used by someone else as it was wet, which was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of hygiene and attention to guest comfort.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I expected much better standards.
